Steem Culinary Feast : Savory Fried Baby Crabs & Grilled Rice Coconut Milk With Spicy Baby Squid At ”Lhokseumawe Culinary Fiesta”
Such a pleasure to follow this lovely contest from one of my favourite community, Steem Enterpreneurs concerning ”Steem Culinary Feast”.
Yeah due to the fact that if we talk about do promotion business, moreover about culinary is one of my cup of tea.
In that evening after pouring, all of a sudden my sibling asked me to accompany her to went to ”Lhokseumawe Culinary Fiesta” what3words.com at Lhokseumawe Bus Station at West Merdeka Street, Mon Geudong, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh.
Yeah as far as I concern the government city made “Lhokseumawe Culinary Fiesta” inasmuch as want to celebrate “Lhokseumawe City 21st Anniversary” about 10 days. No doubt, a bunch of culinary business was gathering at that place.
Well, I am going to share you about some of culinary snacks and which one I bought with my elder sister in that freezing night at “Lhokseumawe Culinary Fiesta”.
To begin with bought fried baby crabs in one of the foods seller at “Lhokseumawe Culinary Fiesta”. Yeah, my sibling was dying for that meal from yesterday.
One of the unique things from this savory meal is the seller made the baby crabs extremely crunchy and you can eat & bite the bone also till smooth.
As long as I know when I looked at the fried baby crabs seller made those foods, he was preparing some ingredients such as fresh baby crabs, flour & secret seasoning plus oil to fried it later.
When the seller was frying the baby crabs, the aroma of fried baby crabs so tempting. We do love the aroma of fried baby crabs, anyway.
For your information, after the seller fried the baby crabs, they will gave the addition seasoning powder, there are cheese, balado and corn.
We bought a pack of fried baby crabs in that cold weather. For a pack of fried baby crabs the price is IDR 15,000. If we convert to Steem is about 5.81 Steem
At “Lhokseumawe Culinary Fiesta” there are a plenty of culinary business also such as Otak-Otak Singapore seller consist of fried tornado potatoes, satai meatballs with barbeque sauce, barbeque sausage, corndog mozarella, Takoyaki and so forth.
One of their best seller is Cumi Bakar mix Bakso or bake squid with meatballs. A lot of customers waiting for those yummy meals. Hmmm..., the aroma was tempting the consuments.
The prices of those meals starts from IDR 15,000, if we convert to Steem is about 5.81 Steem until IDR 35,000 and if we convert to Steem is about 13.54 Steem.
In my point of view, one of the unique things of those meals is how the way they bake and fried it and the secret sauce. The aroma when they bake it extremely made the customers mouth-watering. Include me. Ahaha...
There is The Crepes Sellers also. No wonder, a lot of people, especially ladies love this meal. The crepes topping are chocolate, milk, cheese & choco crunchy goldenfil.
If I am not mistaken the prices of the crunchy crepes with the topping are starts from IDR 10,000, if we convert to Steem is about 3.87 Steem until IDR 25,000 and if we convert to Steem is about 9.67 Steem.
I bought some egg roll sticks also and the price for one stick is *IDR 1,000. I bought 5 sticks egg roll sticks at “Lhokseumawe Culinary Fiesta” so the prices are : IDR 1,000 x 5 sticks = IDR 5,000. If we convert to Steem is about 1.94 Steem
They sale Korean Street Foods also such as Tteokbokki, Odeng, Hweori Gamja and so on. The prices are starts from IDR 15,000 & if we convert to Steem is about 5.81 Steem until IDR 35,000 & if we convert to Steem is about 13.54 Steem
I bought a cup of ice tea, too. For a cup of ice the price is IDR 5,000. We bought 2 cups of ice tea and the prices are : IDR 5,000 x 2 cups = IDR 10,000. If we convert to Steem is approximately 3.87 Steem
Unpredictable taaahe taste of a cup of ice too sweet.
I and my elder sister continue to looking for some foods. We still pretty hungry in the freezing evening.
We made decision to bought two portions of grilled rice coconut milk with spicy squid at Dapur Dara at ”Lhokseumawe Culinary Fiesta” what3words.com at Lhokseumawe Bus Station at West Merdeka Street, Mon Geudong, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh.
Actually the price for a portion of grilled rice coconut milk with spicy baby squid at “Lhokseumawe Culinary Fiesta” is IDR 18,000.
Lucky us the seller gave the discount to us and the price for a pack of grilled rice coconut milk with spicy baby squid is IDR 15,000. If we convert to Steem is about 5.81 Steem
Owing to the fact that we bought two portions of grilled rice coconut milk with spicy baby squid, so the prices are : IDR 15,000 x 2 portions = IDR 30,000. If we convert to Steem is about 11.61 Steem
They made the grilled rice coconut milk with spicy baby squid with rice coconut milk with lemon grass & salam leaves, baby squid, chilies, shallots, garlics and cayenne pepper plus curry leaves. Then they wrapped it into the banana leaves and grilled it on the grilled tools.
Dapur Dara also sale grilled rice coconut milk with spicy anchovies & shredded chicken and Briyani rice, fruits salad, Go Go Mango and etcetera.
And actually there are still a plenty of snack culinary at ”Lhokseumawe Culinary Fiesta” at Lhokseumawe Bus Station at West Merdeka Street, Mon Geudong, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh.
However perhaps I will explain it in the next post. Hehe...
