Friends, hope you all are happy and healthy. Friends, today I woke up early in the morning as usual. Today in the morning it was raining and also feeling cold. Today I felt like taking a bath with hot water because I was feeling too cold. I brushed my teeth and took a hot water bath. Then I wore my clothes and got ready to go for hospital duty. After going to the hospital, the first thing I went to was the canteen. I had tea and pauha from the canteen. Eating hot tea and poha and that too in the rain was a different pleasure. There was freshness after having breakfast.

After having tea and breakfast, the first thing I went to was the microbiology laboratory and saw the necessary culture samples there. We have to investigate the water from different water taps so that we can know which bacteria is growing in the water. Because if the surgeon scrubs with infected water before performing the surgery, then there is a chance of the patient getting an infection during the surgery and the patient may get a surgical site infection, which is also called healthcare associated infection. When we come to know that there is bacterial growth in the water, we immediately stop the water from that place and find out from where the infection is coming and treat it.

Then, as usual, I audited the management for biomedical purposes. According to government rules, everything in the healthcare industry is done in a single way. Syringes, needles, tubes and many disposable items have been singled out. The reason for this is that we can prevent cross infection. Single-use items increase the chances of injury to healthcare workers. Therefore it should be properly discarded. I keep doing this type of audit every day because employee safety is also my responsibility.

It was afternoon and I was feeling hungry. I was in the rounds from 9 am to 2 pm. I spend my entire day in audit like this every day. I went to the canteen with my team and ordered food. Today, Rajma, Roti, Rice and Sev-Tomato were prepared in the canteen. I like sev-tomato and roti very much.

After having dinner, we all came to the office to do our work. While we were working, our boss came and was talking casually with us. He said that when the weather is good, we all go to the terraces and enjoy. We had gone to the roof of the hospital and all of us had ordered tea and snacks there and were enjoying.

When it was 5 in the evening we left to go home. When I came out of the hospital it had started raining. This has been happening with me for some days now. It doesn't rain when I leave the hospital and it starts raining when I'm on the way. By the time I get home I am completely drenched. But one also enjoys because this rainy season is not long but lasts only for 4 months. We are very fortunate that in India the seasons change every four months.

After coming home, the first thing I did was drink water. Had changed wet clothes and taken bath with hot water. After getting wet in the rain, I was feeling cold and also felt good after taking bath in hot water. I took bath and was fresh. After taking bath, I made ginger tea and drank it. Then I turned on my laptop and read the posts of some users on Steam. I also wrote down my daily routine. So this is how I spent my day today. I hope you guys liked my today's routine.
