SEC - S15W5 : WHICH ONE IS BETTER?

Hello dear friends! Well come to my post. How are you all? I hope that you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this Steemit engagement challenge season 15 week 5 in this Steem Entrepreneurs community. The topic of this challenge is "Which One is Better?".
Employee or Entrepreneur? |

Friends to be honest when I saw a question about job or entrepreneur than I always select entrepreneur from both of them. The reason is that I think that the business is far better than a job or employment. It also the conclusion of my life and experience that the people who prefer business over job get a huge success in their lives and become stable in a very short interval of time. The employment has also many advantages but some risks are also involved in it. When you are doing a job you are investing your time and efforts to make successful your boss and its company.
But on the other hand when you are doing your own business and become an entrepreneur than you are investing your time and effort to make yourself Stable and securing your future also. This is because in a job we get a fixed salary and sometimes it becomes enough to meet our daily needs but when you are an entrepreneur than you get money on daily basis and if your business is successful than you can earn that amount of money in a single day which a Joby earn by working up to a month.
It is also a fact that the business take some time to get success and you are the responsible for every loss or gain from your business but in a job you don't have any concern with company's success or failure because you are only responsible about your position and tasks. But my answer is still same as the business is better than a job.
Saving or investing |

The saving and investing are two different types of strategies which people do with their money. They both are different from each and also have different pros and cons as well. Saving means that keep and lock our money which remain same even after the passage of long time. Which means that saving can't increase or decrease our assets even they are digital or any other types of money. But on the other hand investing means that use our money to gain some profits from it. In savings we keep our money in savings account which which is not risky at all but investing has a lot of risks.
Also investment provide us a lot of benefits and profits. In investing we invest our money in different things such as bought prize bonds, invest in stocks and in real estate in order to get some benefits such as profits. But that process contain a lot of risks as we may bear a huge loss and some our whole investment may lose. But when its comes to the profits tha we get a huge profit on the basis of our investment. So it is important for every person to choose right according to his expectations and goals.
Steemit or Hive |

Obviously Steemit is platform. Yes the Steemit platform is far better than the hive blog because the Steemit is a well disciplined, decentralized and Blockchain based social media platform. I have created my account on Steemit in 2021 but I'm working on it since the last year and during that interval of time I have spent a very good time there and gained a lot of benefits. Also about two years ago I created my hive account but I didn't worked there because I haven't seen any discipline on hive blog. Now a days the hive blog is banned in my country Pakistan due to unknown reasons.

Steemit is a very wonderful platform which provides us earnings and learning as well. We get the rewards on the basis of our quality of our content but on hive blog there is no any specific policies regarding rewards. Also there the role of moderators, curators and representatives don't exist but on Steemit each and every post is reviewed by the moderators of different communities and the curators look at the check and balance before curating the posts and upvoting them. So according to all these reasons the Steemit is better than hive blog.

It's important to choose between working as an employee or being an entrepreneur even though both are good choices. But being an entrepreneur is much more lucrative.

Coincidimos en las tres opciones jajajajaja y es que, sin duda ser empresario nos da una estabilidad general que lamentablemente desde la postura de empleado no vamos a recibir y, no es porque este último no sea bueno porque, si lo es pero, cuando tenemos visión grande, el emprendimiento es la mejor opción.
