SEC - S15W5: WHICH ONE IS BETTER?
Hello and Assalamualaikum Steemians, I wish you all good health and prosperity.
Today, I am thrilled to be a part of the Steem Entrepreneurs community challenge, SEC-S15/W5 | Which One is Better?. It is a great contest with a great concept and a productive mind. So, Let's get started.
An entrepreneur owns the business, and the employee works in that business. Sometimes, it's challenging to draw a line between which is better and which is not because both have pros and cons. Being an entrepreneur is riskier but profitable, and being an employee is safer but only profitable little. Being an employee needs skills; being an entrepreneur only sometimes needs skills but usually capital. Even many entrepreneurs become employees first to generate that kind of capital amount to kick off their startup or business.
Being an employee, you answer to anybody, but you will get some fixed money for your skill or work at regular intervals. For this reason, it is safer but less profitable. Being an entrepreneur, however, can be difficult sometimes, as it needs money, concentration, and dedication. You, however, answer to nobody, but you will be answerable to yourself. Every penny you earn will contain risk, and every penny you invest will have risk, but you can earn more and grow your invested money.
Life is a risk, and you can not gain much if there's nothing at the stack; even as an employee, you put your time at risk. Therefore, being an entrepreneur is more profitable. However, taking big loans and putting yourself in jeopardy in the name of risk is wrong and not recommended.
What you save stays there, and what you invest grows. This simple quotation shows us that investing is a process that grows not only your money but also your assets and experience. However, investing can also result in loss; therefore, the investor should also do studies and analysis and know the target in which he is investing.
Investing is a much better option, primarily if someone aims to save in their currency because currency depreciates, but assets don't. Investing might be risky, but keeping is usually a better option.
Being a member of Steemit is much more than it seems; it's a community that grows itself, not only in number but financially; everybody here gets rewarded for their engagement and posts. Steemit is a platform that rewards you for being who you are, and trust me, sometimes we all wish that we were appreciated for who we are, and Steemit not only appreciates it but rewards it, too.
That's it for now; I hope for future challenges to keep playing my part in this community. I hope you enjoyed reading my post See you all next time. And also I would love to invite @tocho2 , @huzaifanaveed1 and @adeljose

Upvoted. Thank You for sending some of your rewards to @null. It will make Steem stronger.
Hello , hope your day is going well. You are right that choosing to work for someone else or to start your own business has good and bad sides. Being an employee means you get paid regularly but not a lot.
Being your own boss can be risky but you can make more money. When you invest your money it can grow but if you just save it it stays the same.
Steemit is cool because it rewards people for being themselves and builds a friendly community , really enjoyed reading your blog wish you success 💖🤗🌺.

Yes, it is challenging to choose between entrepreneur and being an employee but after looking into the advantages and disadvantages, a person must have preference. Entrepreneur is more profitable. The comparison between these options shared are easy to understand and your choices are great too. I wish you the best in this contest!
Job Safer and Regular Basis have salary benefits apart from pension which an entrepreneur does not get. Along with salary, employees get promotion and tour opportunities outside the country. If you are willing to take risk and if you have good luck then the profit in investment is very high. Nice to read your post. Good luck to you.
