The mother-in-law's tongue plant is a toga plant that is widely cultivated in Indonesia. Not only as a decoration to beautify the appearance of the house, the mother-in-law's tongue plant also has various benefits.
Even though it has hard, long upright leaves, with a pointed tip like a sword, this does not reduce interest in mother-in-law's tongue. In fact, it is increasing, but before planting it, consider some of the following benefits of mother-in-law's tongue.

1. Helps reduce radiation
   Mother-in-law's tongue is very effective in reducing radiation from computers, cellphones, televisions and laptops. Therefore, mother-in-law's tongue can be placed next to the TV or work space which is filled with equipment that can emit radiation.
2. Carbon Dioxide Absorber
   At night, the mother-in-law's tongue will absorb carbon dioxide thanks to its Crassulacean Acid Metabolism (CAM) content. This content has the ability to photosynthesize which is usually carried out by plants that are highly tolerant of drought.
   3.Works as an Antiseptic
   Another benefit is that mother-in-law's tongue can work as an antiseptic to eradicate germs and bacteria in wound tissue. It is not surprising that mother-in-law's tongue is often used as a natural antiseptic, especially during emergencies.
3. Neutralizes unpleasant odors in the refrigerator
   A refrigerator that starts emitting an unpleasant aroma is very annoying, this can be overcome with mother-in-law's tongue. The method is to place small pieces of mother-in-law's tongue between the room and the refrigerator door.
4. Good for Hair Tonic
   The presence of mother-in-law's tongue in the house has various benefits, it can even be used as a hair tonic. You can process the roots of the mother-in-law's tongue plant into juice, then rub it on your hair to keep it healthy and shiny.
