Sure, I want to discribe here that the dynamic behavior is something react on a user inputs like click, submit. CSS can not indipendently handle such actions, meaning it can not made response to the user action or can not change web page behavior like CSS can not validate details filled by user ina form, can not handle button clicks, or collect the data from server. However, CSS does very well at producing graphic improvements that increase a webpage's visual presentation.
