G20 Summit Guidelines: Several restrictions have been imposed in the national capital Delhi for the G-20 conference. During this period, routes will also be diverted on many routes in the capital. Roads around the venue will remain closed. Representatives of many countries will visit Rajghat and National Gallery of Modern Art, hence such a decision has been taken. Delhi Police has made it clear in its guidelines that essential services have not been banned in the capital during this period.

Putting an end to the rumors related to lockdown, Delhi Police said in a tweet, 'Entire Delhi is open, restrictions will be imposed only in a small part of NDMC area. It has come to our notice that some news agencies are using misleading headlines to misinterpret and propagate the sanctions being imposed in the wake of the G-20 Summit. Due to which a situation of confusion is being created in the minds of the general public and news readers. It is reiterated that the restrictions have been imposed only in a small part of the NDMC area. We request that news agencies publish accurate details as per our directories, so that no ambiguity arises.'

In view of security, during the departure of VVIP convoy, the movement from the metro gate can be stopped for five to 10 minutes.
2.New Delhi Police district and NDMC area will be controlled by police for security and traffic.
- People living in New Delhi as well as those traveling to and from the railway station and airport will not be stopped.
- During the conference, people living in New Delhi area will be able to use auto-taxi apart from their vehicles for transportation, but they will have to carry documents related to their address during the journey.
- Those going home from airport and railway station to New Delhi will also get entry. Employees engaged in health services and civic services will also get entry by showing their ID cards.
- Goods vehicles will not be allowed entry from all the borders of Delhi, but vehicles carrying essential commodities like vegetables, milk, fruits, medicines etc. will be allowed entry. For this, entry passes have been issued by the traffic police.
- People associated with professions like postal service, health service, path lab service and food delivery will get admission, but those who deliver goods online will not get admission.
There will be no restriction on going to 8. hospitals, documents of treatment will have to be shown. There will be no restriction for ambulance also. - Employees of hospitals, hotels (where foreign guests are staying) in New Delhi, employees on duty and personnel engaged in essential work will be allowed to move only after showing their ID cards.
- All banks, commercial establishments, restaurants and shopping malls will remain closed in New Delhi district.
