Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Today I am going to participate in the Steemit Engagement Challenge S10/W2 in the Incredible India community. Where we are presented as a challenge Elon Musk, Bill Gates, and Jeff Bezos- Whom would you like to choose for an interview and why? The three people who have been mentioned are definitely the pioneers of the business world. Today I started this competition by selecting my favorite person from among them.

I would choose Elon Musk to interview.

I would like to choose Elon Musk for the interview. He is both an entrepreneur as well as an engineer and an investor. He is an inspirational name in today's world, a visionary and a pioneer in the business world. Elon Musk is one of the richest people in the world and is also talented and hard working.

Elon Musk's major projects include Zip-2, PayPal, SpaceX, Falcon 9 Rocket, Falcon Heavy, Tesla, SolarCity, Hyper Loop etc. His tireless work, perseverance is behind the success of so many projects. The reason for selecting such a successful person is the secret of his success. In addition, I am more inspired by the secret of his success that he has mentioned in his various interviews. As the reasons behind his success are –

What three guaranteed questions do you want to ask during the interview? Explain the reasons behind these questions.

1. How do you plan to place advertising hoardings in the space?

Reason for the question : Always we see advertisement on TV channel or social media. But advertising in space, this is another aspect of human civilization development. Elon Musk's interest as CEO of Space-X is to make advertising a reality in space. Elon Musk and the Startup Corporation are said to have already started working on it, and I've heard that it will feature logos and art alongside advertisements. So would like to know about the planning progress of this project.

2. How do you manage so many billion dollar companies?

Reason for question : Elon Musk owns many large billion dollar companies. He is a successful entrepreneur today as he has managed so many companies with great skill. How does he control them, how does he create leaders for different business functions, how does he create manpower to run the company, an entrepreneur has to plan for himself, so I want to ask Elon Musk this question.

3. "Development is more important than promotion" What is the explanation behind this statement?

Reason for question : We all know Elon Musk is a big businessman and entrepreneur. He does not always believe in promoting the product but is seen to spend more on improving the quality of the product. I think Elon Musk has an important explanation behind his statement that I hope will be important to other entrepreneurs to develop their businesses.

Would you like to take some advice from your chosen one? Explain why, how the suggestion will help you in your life.

Elon Musk has many important quotes that are very meaningful. Elon Musk considers criticism more valuable than gold. We all know Elon Musk is successful in his business but his personal and professional life is criticized a lot. I would like to take advice from him on how he takes people's criticism in his life.

I would say the reason for this is that we who are weak humans get frustrated with our own criticism. I believe that Elon Musk is very strong mentally so he uses his criticism as his strength to improve himself. How Elon Musk Uses Criticism in His Life I hope this advice will be useful in my life. Because the criticism of a sensible person will definitely bring positive aspects in my life and that thing will be more valuable than gold.

Conclusion

Finally, I would like to say that my chosen person Elon Musk has been doing one good work after another with his hard work and skills and he is successful today.
