My perspective for the further development of this platform, apart from technicalities.

Welcome back to my page. I would like to wish you all a happy Sunday. Yesterday in Kolkata, the almost ubiquitous Biswakarma Puja(the lord of architecture) was celebrated.

I will share about the same in another post;
but today, I am here to share the significance of several things that could help steemit to grow besides technicality.

Let me share with you at the beginning ;
it is entirely my perspective, and several can differ. While working on this platform for more than two years;
Whatever experiences I gathered, I am only sharing them.

Being a tenure blogger, it is also my responsibility to let others know the importance of why this platform follows some etiquette so that the platform grows in a better way in the future.

I smiled and replied we all are humans, and it is better to clear points rather than to be scared of not getting support.

Because when we ask and clear our doubts, it not only helps to get the proper information and simultaneously others also get the answer to the same question which they were hesitant to ask.

Another thing I believe that almighty is observing every activity of each person.

Now no one bound you to maintain club100, you can maintain club5050 if you have such obligations.

It is crucial from my perspective because one or two can't cover the entire platform with their support, when we power up it could help those who are not getting support.

I always believe it is not the designation but the post's quality that should be praised.

Though my community doesn't have huge power, then also our community also supports several posts besides the community. We love to reach quality content creators.

Those who hold a good number of steem power often support those content that can give them either good curation rewards or good return upvotes.

I do not support this activity because if you got support from curators and through the club, you raised your steem power;

then it is your responsibility to reach or help those who are not getting support after delivering quality content (any language)by maintaining all criteria. They are also belongs to this steemit family.

whether you are getting support or not but your honest performance and consistency highlight one day.

It takes one year so patience is the foremost thing and your consistency and creativity give you your result; remember in a class only one person gets the opportunity to become first.

That doesn't mean other students are poor in their studies. It is the difference in the efforts that matters the most.

First of all, it is disappointing that now most people do not like to read, so they play a safe game with their comments.
They only make comments on those posts visited by curators.

Let me tell you friends that is not the correct way to get success. The system can catch every activity and besides that just think when you complain that no one visits your post how many posts you visited without curators' support and comments!

These are a few points and I have several other ideas too, but let me see how many of you agree the above mentioned points.

This platform needs a team who will find some quality contents impartially from different communities and from out of the communities on daily basis besides curation team.

When good writers will start getting support several things will streamline automatically.

I believe these points not only help to encourage newbies but also help other people be bound to serve quality content.
