Today, I am here to participate in the contest shared inside the community

After birth, anything that we relate with that is our relationships. With time, the circle increased, and we built some relationships which are not blood-related yet precious.
I mean in our professional field.
Let me invite @heriadi, @pelon53, and @goodybest to participate in this contest.
Now, let me share my perspective on relationships through the questions asked in the contest.
1. According to you, what are the paramount keys of any relationship? |

For me, whether it is personal or professional life,
if we need to carry any relationship for the long term, then I believe we should maintain-
- Trust-Trust yourself and your gut instincts to carry out any relationship. I often follow the sentence, though our hearts stay on the left, but always says right!
- Honesty-Be honest with yourself! We often trek on that path that can satisfy or please others instead of ourselves.
Remember, the almighty can read our conscience and intentions.
Hence, a contrived personality can come in front after a foolproof time;
- Believe-Believe in yourself! Because carrying any relationship,
we need to believe in ourselves;
that we can handle the hurdles that will come our way.
- Understanding-
Try to understand the situation, whether it is yours or others. If we want to build a valuable relationship,
then understanding each other is equally essential.
- Patience -It is not that, every time, everything will happen in our favor, but if we can hold patience and continue our journey;
then we can overcome challenges together.Time will always come with the correct solution.
2.How should people balance their relationships in personal and professional life? |

- In personal life-We can have expectations from our relationships.
- In professional life-We can't expect anything from anyone.
- In our personal life-We can believe our close relations.
- In professional life-We can't easily believe everyone;
only with time, could it be constructed.
- In our personal life-We get more opportunities, even if we make mistakes.
- In professional life-Most decisions rely on a few people;
who holds power and positions.
So, to balance relationships in both fields, I would love to follow honesty and maintain transparency;
because that at least provides me with internal peace.
3. Do you believe some people take undue advantage of relationships in personal and professional life? Justify. |

People love to take undue advantage!
The best part is when we follow the path of bias, we start to ignore faults, and after some points, we face the consequences of our wrong decisions.
Because of that reason, those who were honest and couldn't pretend themselves faced challenges.
There should be a thin line between personal and professional relationships in my perspective.
In our personal lives, we can think by heart, but in the professional field, we must consider by mind and should utilize our experiences;
so that no one can take undue advantage.
Lastly, I would love to say,
Because that is something that makes us distinct from others;
especially in our nearest connections.

জীবনে যেকোনো সম্পর্কের ক্ষেত্রেই অবশ্যই বিশ্বাস জিনিসটা সবচাইতে বড় প্রয়োজন। কোন সম্পর্কের মধ্যে যদি ফাটল ধরে। সেখানে তৃতীয় ব্যক্তির আগমনে হয়ে থাকে। আমরা যদি একজন আরেকজনকে বিশ্বাস করি। সেটা ব্যক্তিগত সম্পর্ক হোক কিংবা পেশাগত সম্পর্ক। সেটা কিন্তু আমরা অনেক দূর এগিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে পারি।
পেশাগত সম্পর্ক এবং ব্যক্তিগত সম্পর্ক নিয়ে আপনি খুব সুন্দর ভাবে, এই বিষয়টা আলোচনা করেছেন। আসলে আমরা ব্যক্তিগত সম্পর্কের তেমন একটা গুরুত্ব দিতে চাই না। কিন্তু পেশাগত চাপিয়ে দেয়া দায়িত্বগুলো সঠিকভাবে পালন করার চেষ্টা করি।
এমন মানুষের অভাব নেই যারা কিনা আমাদের কাছ থেকে সুযোগ গ্রহণ করার চেষ্টায় থাকে। তবে আমার কাছে মনে হয় কারো কাছ থেকে সুযোগ গ্রহণ না করে। অন্তত পক্ষে পরিশ্রম করা উচিত। জীবনে খারাপ সময় আসবে সেটা চলে গিয়ে আবার ভালো সময় আসবে। তাই বলে কারো কাছ থেকে কোন কিছু আশা করাটা বোকামি। ধন্যবাদ চমৎকার ভাবে প্রত্যেকটা প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেয়ার জন্য। ভালো থাকবেন।
