Dear friends,
How are you all? I hope you all are fit and fine. As I informed you in my earlier tutorial, I will develop another oil segment;

and discuss those oils that are harmful to the human body. So, in this tutorial, I am going to share the information related to those oils;

that we should avoid in our everyday routine to keep ourselves healthy.

Before sharing the details, we must know that anything excessive consumption can be harmful to our bodies;

and oil is something that is a valuable ingredient for cooking. Oil is a common ingredient that the whole world uses during their cooking.

Especially in India, people use different oils for making various snacks. Whether it would be deep-fried samosas, parathas, puri, and bhature.

The most and foremost thing people should know is how much oil we should consume in a day.

quantity of oil that we should consume in a day:-

It mainly depends on our lifestyle. Those who are attached to regular exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle;
their consumption of oils will be distinguishable from those who didn't maintain this lifestyle.

According to the expert suggestion, an adult should intake 4 teaspoons of cooking oil on a daily basis which is approximately 20g.

But that also depends on the lifestyle they are maintaining as I mentioned above.

That measurement is a bit different for the kid of 9-10 years they can consume a bit more oil in their daily food.

Exceeding cooking oil in our regular routine can cause different issues like- stroke, heart attack, hypertension, and obesity, among others.

1.CORN OIL:- This oil has a high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids, the oil contains 57 percent omega-6 and 29 percent omega-3 fatty acids which imbalance omega-3.

Corn oil Toxicity on Liver, Kidneys, and Other Organs according to the International Journal of Biological Science. the repost they published in 2009.

Increased Risk of Cancer According to the United States Department of Agriculture,
Omega-6 fatty acids accelerate the growth of cancer cells, such as prostate tumor cells, and tumor growth;

1 tbsp. of consumption, corn oil contains 7.239 grams of omega-6 fatty acids, 7.436 grams of polyunsaturated fatty acids, and zero-g of omega-3 fatty acids.

Weight Gain-according to research by the Journal of the American Medical Association” in 2010 published a report after demonstrating on mice that corn oil has higher body weight gains and fatty liver compared with mice fed sugar or neither food.

2.SOYBEAN OIL:- we should consume at a limit because excessive consuming soybean oil can be the cause of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and metabolic syndrome.

It can be the cause of increasing obesity and serious neurological conditions.

Because the oil contains more than 50% linoleic acid by volume and after heating the oil during cooking linoleic acid is oxidized which when consumed increases inflammation in your blood and increases your risk of heart disease.

3.COTTONSEED OIL:- This oil is mostly used for processed food because of its shelf-life.

It is used for some products like mayonnaise, salad dressing, cookies, and crackers, potato chips, and margarine;

Apart from that, it is also used for baked goods because it helps to achieve a creamy consistency in icing and whipped toppings.

But over-consuming cottonseed oil can cause liver damage,
respiratory distress, and anorexia.

Apart from that, it can be the cause of infertility and reduced sperm counts and motility, pregnancy problems, including early embryo development.

CONCLUSION

All I need to explain in this class is that over consumption of anything is harmful to our bodies.

So, before selecting anything for our daily routine we must know about the quantity, age, lifestyle, and the side effects of the things that we are including in our routine.

I hope these pieces of information will help you to understand the facts about different oils and how they work inside our bodies.
