Now I just live with the intention of passing the day and spending the rest of my life in a healthy manner
At least you have a story to tell your kids about the fun life you live while you were much younger and from your experience you can use it to teach them some few lessons on things to do and things to avoid when they get to a certain age during their youth

There is no doubt that we should share our experiences with our parents, but now no one wants to listen, everyone wants to choose their own lifestyle. And I think it is not right to impose your ideology on anyone.
