Everyone
Hope you all are well.
I returned home last night. To be honest, I don't want to stay at home. Because this time I want to stay by sister's side all the time. But the situation sometimes does not give the opportunity to fulfill all the wishes of the mind.
I had to come home because of family problems. But, my heart is still with my sister. Although our other relatives would travel to the hospital every day, but there is a distinct feeling of not being able to be there.
Anyway, yesterday was the day to present my weekly moderator report. But to be honest I haven't been able to properly maintain my activeness in the community for the past few days. Apart from that, I could not able to attend weekly hangouts or tutorial classes.
This is why I couldn't share this weekly moderator report with you all. I apologize to all of you for that. Hopefully after this difficult time I will be able to get involved in regular community work as before.
But some responsibilities of the community, which only admin ma'am has given to me. I have been trying to do only that in spite of all kinds of situations. It is booming support links properly selected, checked and mailed those link to mam.
This is something I try to do properly every day. Another responsibility is to publish the weekly engagement report. Which I am going to share with you right now. So let's start....
As per the rules this week also, I will present the first Moderators' Engagement Report. I will be least engaged this week, but you all may know the reason. But hopefully very soon I will be able to do my work properly again.

The activities of the new members who have joined us are commendable. As they actively share their own writing in our community, they also make quality comments on others' posts. Also their presence in every tutorial class and hangout is very nicely noticed, which is the first duty of a good user.
In fact we spend quite a bit of time with each other during the weekly hangouts. The purpose of the hangout is to spend a nice evening through music and getting to know each other better. And in the tutorial class, in the presence of admin mam, several important issues are discussed, which every user needs to know to work on this platform. So if we see it is very important for us to maintain our activeness in both sides.

আপনাকে দেখে মুগ্ধ হলাম।আপনি যে অবস্থার মাঝখান দিয়ে যাচ্ছেন সেটা জানি কিন্তু এর মাঝেই যেভাবে উইকলি রিপোর্টটি পাবলিশ করেছেন এটা অবশ্যই প্রশংসার দাবীদার।কাজের প্রতি ডেডিকেশন না থাকলে এটা সম্ভব না।

আপনি কি পরিস্থিতির মধ্যে দিন পার করছেন তা আমরা সবাই অবগত আছি এবং এই পরিস্থিতির মধ্যেও আপনি যে উইকলি রিপোর্টটি পাবলিশ করেছেন বা কাজ করছেন জাস্ট আমি ভাবতে পারছি না, কিভাবে সম্ভব!
আপনাকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ আপনার শত ব্যস্ততার মধ্যে এবং খারাপ পরিস্থিতির মধ্যে থেকেও নির্ভুলভাবে উইকলি রিপোর্টটি আমাদের মাঝে পাবলিশ করার জন্য।
কাজের প্রতি কতটা ডেডিকেটেড হতে পারে কেউ আপনাকে দেখে বুঝলাম। খুবই ভালো লাগলো সাপ্তাহিক এনগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্ট দেখে।আপনি চিন্তা করবেন না, খুব শীঘ্রই আপনার বিপদ কেটে যাবে। আর আপনি আমাদের মাঝে আবারো আগের মত থাকবেন এই কামনাই করছি।
পৃথিবীতে যত মানুষ বড় হয়েছে সকলেই তার ন্যায় - নিষ্ঠা এবং পরিশ্রমের মাধ্যমেই বড় হয়েছে। আর পরিশ্রম তখনই করা যায় যখন নিজের উপর অর্পিত দায়িত্ব সঠিক ভাবে যে কোন পরিস্থিতিতে পালন করার মন মানসিকতা থাকে।
আপনি এই রকম একটা পরিস্থিতিতে নিজের কাজগুলো সুন্দর ভাবে করে যাচ্ছেন, এটা সত্যিই অভাবনীয়, দোয়া করি দ্রুত স্বাভাবিক অবস্থায় ফিরে আসুন, আপনার পরিবারের সদস্যরা দ্রুত সুস্থ হয়ে উঠুক। আগামীর ভবিষ্যত উজ্জ্বল হোক।
দিদি সর্বপ্রথম আপনার ফ্যামিলি সদস্যের জন্য দোয়া ও ভালবাসা রইল সৃষ্টিকর্তা যেন আপনাদের পরিবারের সকল সদস্যকে ভালো রাখে বিশেষ করে আপনার জামাই বাবুকে সৃষ্টিকর্তা খুব তাড়াতাড়ি সুস্থ করে দেক এবং আপনি আমাদের মাঝে আগের মত ফিরে আসেন।
দিদি আপনাকে দেখে অনেক কিছু শেখার আছে একজন মানুষ এত ব্যস্ততার মধ্যেও তার দায়িত্ব সে যথাযথ পালন করার চেষ্টা করতেছে।
এত ব্যস্ততার মধ্য থেকেও আপনি এংগেজমেন্ট শেয়ার করেছেন এজন্য আপনাকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ
আসলে দিদি আপনি খুবই অসুবিধার মধ্যে রয়েছেন! আমি ঠিক জানিনা আপনার জামাইবাবুর এখন কি অবস্থা! আশা করি সৃষ্টিকর্তার অশেষ রহমতে মোটামুটি ভালো আছেন।

কমিউনিটি এনগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্টের আমরা বুঝতে পারি কমিউনিটির সদস্যরা কে কতটুকু একটিভ কমিউনিটিতে। এই এনগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্টের মাধ্যমে কমিউনিটির প্রতিটি সদস্য কমিউনিটির জন্য নিজে কতটুক কাজ করেছে সেটি দেখতে পারে এবং অন্য সদস্যের কাজ দেখে অনুপ্রাণিত হয়।
এত খারাপ পরিস্থিতির মধ্য দিয়েও যে আপনি আমাদের মাঝে সাপ্তাহিক এনগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্ট শেয়ার করেছেন এজন্য আপনাকে জানাই অসংখ্য অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ। জানিনা এখন কি অবস্থা তবুও দোয়া করি যেন খুব দ্রুত আপনার জামাইবাবু সুস্থ হয়ে যায়। আর আপনিও যেন খুব দ্রুত স্বাভাবিক অবস্থায় ফিরে আসতে পারেন। আপনার জন্য অনেক অনেক শুভকামনা রইল।
