Everyone,
Hope you all are well, healthy and everyone had a great day today.
Like every week today I am going to present the weekly engagement report. Through the report, I try to bring up the activities of all users in our community, so that you all can observe your own work and try to do better from next week.
As you all know, since last week the MIWCC contest that has been going on in our community has come to an end.
So from this week we will only publish this engagement report. Through which I will mention the total number of posts each user has made in our community in a week. So that everyone also have an idea of their weekly activities. And from next week you all can do your work more consistently.
Let's first mention the number of posts made by all users in the last week through the report today.

As you all know, we announce three winners based on each week's engagement report. People who posted the most content in the community. Also read and commented on the content written by other users.
From today as per the instructions of our admin, now onwards our engagement report's winners will be selected on according to each week's curation report rules. We will count the post quality besides engagement.
Basically we will select three winners only after judging their Post Quality, Consistency and Engagement.
So after judging these three aspects this week, the three winners we have selected. They are-

First of all I wish all three of you the best of luck. Also I will request to do your work in this way in every coming week.
Commenting on someone else's writing means, encouraging that person to do better. And I think since we work in the same community like family, it is our duty to encourage each other.
Those who could not register their names as winners this week, they must try to do their job in a better way, so that you also can be a winner next week.
Personally I believe, being able to list ourselves as winners is a big deal. No separate award is required for that.
If anyone can win on the basis of own's work, then there is no greater joy than that. So always try to do your work with honesty and diligence.
Anyway I end this week's engagement report here. I will appear before you all again next week with a new report.

আপনার এই সপ্তাহের এংগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্ট পড়ে বেশ ভালো লাগলো। আসলে আমি সর্বদাই চেষ্টা করি, নিজের কাজকে সম্মান করে,,, কঠোর পরিশ্রম দিয়ে। সেটাকে সর্বদা সঠিকভাবে করার জন্য।
আলহামদুলিল্লাহ এ সপ্তাহে আপনার সাপ্তাহিক এনগেজমেন্ট পোস্টে, প্রথমে আমার নামটা আছে। ইনশাল্লাহ আমি এটাকে ধরে রাখার চেষ্টা করব। এবং আপনি আপনার পোস্টে উল্লেখ করেছেন। অন্যের পোস্টে কমেন্টস করে,,, অন্যকে উৎসাহিত করা।
এখানে আসলে অন্য কেউ উৎসাহিত করা ছাড়াও। আমাদের অনেক কিছু উপকার আমরা এখান থেকে পেয়ে থাকি। আমরা অন্যের পোস্ট থেকে,,, অজানা অনেকগুলো তথ্য জানতে পারি। যেগুলো সম্পর্কে আসলে আমরা কখনোই অবগত থাকি না,,,, বা থাকলেও সম্পূর্ণটা আমাদের জানা থাকে না।

অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ দিদি আপনাকে আপনি প্রতি সপ্তাহের মতোএই সপ্তাহের এংগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্ট আমাদের মাঝে উপস্থাপনা করে ফেলেছেন পড়ে খুবই ভালো লাগলো।
এই সপ্তাহের এংগেজমেন্টে রিপোর্টে তিন জনকে বেছে নেওয়া হয়েছে ৷ তাদের মধ্যে আমিও আছি ৷ তবে আমি এই কমিউনিটিতে থেকে অনেক কিছু শিখেছি এবং সবসময় চেষ্টা করি এই কমিউনিটকে ভালো কিছু উপহার দিতে কারন একটা কমিউনিটেত কাজ শিখতে হলে কাজের গুনাগত মান অবশ্যই প্রকাশ করতে হবে ৷

আমাদের কমিউনিটি/পরিবারের সকল সহযোদ্ধাদের বিগত সপ্তাহের কার্যাবলী প্রতিবেদনে তুলে ধরেছেন খুবই সুন্দর ভাবে।
যারা সপ্তাহের সেরা স্টিমিয়ান হিসেবে নির্বাচিত হয়েছেন, তাদেরকে জানাই অন্তরস্থল থেকে অভিনন্দন। আপনাদের এই সঠিক পরিশ্রম একদিন অনেক দূরে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাবে এই প্ল্যাটফর্মে।
