Everyone,
Hope you all are well, healthy and have a great day today.
Another week has already passed, so like every week I am going to share with you all, the week's engagement report of all users of the community.
As you all know this week was the first week of our Community Engagement Challenge Season 10. Admin mam selected a nice topic for last week. You will be pleased to know that a large number of users participated in this engagement challenge this week.
Because of which every one of us got an opportunity to read very good posts.Hopefully this is the first time many of you have participated in the Engagement Challenge. Even read the posts of all the other participants. And I believe all of you have learned a lot by reading those posts.
But the most surprising and sad thing is that, despite the engagement challenge in our community, the engagement of regular users of our community was very low this week, except for a few. Which is really unfortunate.
Because we have explained many times about the importance of this engagement challenge. Since this is my second engagement challenge, from the first experience I told you how engagement challenge can be beneficial for you on this platform.How you can take yourself to a better place by participating in this engagement challenge.
But many of you may not have listened to the words seriously, many may have heard, but did not feel the importance. There are many others who, after listening to us, understand the importance of engagement challenges and have tried to improve their work a lot. I personally thank them a lot.I would also request you to continue your work in this way, you will definitely get its results.

Hopefully, by looking at the above report, you have already understood the state of our community engagement.
In fact, it is very unfortunate that the community tries to support you as much as possible, but your activities for the betterment of the community are not noticed.
Even when the community needs your help the most, you are not trying to be with the community with your best. Of course I'm not talking about everyone, but there are quite a few people who do this all the time.
Votes are not guaranteed in any community on this entire platform. Our admin ma'am said this many times. We only want to support those users who are doing their job regularly, following the correct rules.
The community is always thinking about your improvement,so we can expect a little help from you all.
I am ending today's report here with this request please write a quality post in the community every day, read other people's posts and make quality comments, definitely participate in the engagement challenge and read the posts of everyone else participating in the challenge, it will benefit you.

এই সপ্তাহের এনগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্ট আপনি বেশ সুন্দর ভাবে সবার মাঝেই তুলে ধরেছেন ৷ তার পাশাপাশি অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য সংক্রান্ত এখানে আলোচনা করেছেন ৷ আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে থাকা বেশ কিছু সদস্যের সক্রিয়া বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে আবার কিছু সদস্যদের সক্রিয়তা হ্রাস পেয়েছে ৷ আমাদের উচিত প্রতিটি এনগেজমেন্টের সক্রিয়তা বৃদ্ধি করা যেটা আমাদের এই এনগেজমেন্টে বলা হয়েছে ৷
যাই হোক দিদি আপনাকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ এত সুন্দর ভাবে এনেগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্ট আমাদের মাঝে তুলে ধরার জন্য ৷ ভালো থাকবেন সুস্থ থাকবেন ৷
