Everyone,
Hope you all are well, healthy and everyone had a great day today.
Yesterday I shared my weekly report as a Senior Moderator of the Community. And today, like every other week, I will publish the engagement report of all the active users of this community.
Before sharing the report I want to tell you some important things. All the users who attended this week's tutorial class know the facts. But there are many people who may not know the facts, so I am mentioning the facts for them.
Our admin ma'am has made some decisions about which user's name will be in this engagement report every week. Today's engagement report will publish according to the rules of our admin ma'am. Starting this week, engagement reports will only feature active users who regularly engage with the community.
I will not include the names of those users in this engagement report who do not actively share their content in this community. I am mentioning the names of users who have shared four posts each this week, as directed by admin mam. But from next week, those users who share less than five posts per week their mane will not be mentioned in this weekly engagement report.
Like every other week, first I will mention the engagement details of all the moderators working in this community.

I mentioned the names of some users in the report today, whose number of posts is very low, but hopefully they will do their job more properly from this week.
Besides, one more thing I would like to mention, not only posting 7 or more content in a week is enough, but also you have to increasing your engagement. So all the users who are posting 7 or 6 content in a week, but their number of comments is very less, they also have to increase the number of comments from next week.
Therefore, I would request everyone who expressed their desire to be associated with us, they must convince us through their work, so that we also see your work and understand that you want to work as an active member of this community in the future.
To be honest, many users have realized how important engagement is for us, that's why they keep trying to increase their engagement and I wish them all the best. Each of you do your own job like this, I believe that one day all of you will get the results of this work.

গত সপ্তাহে আমার এনগেজমেন্ট একটু কম ছিল।আজ সেটা দেখতে পেয়ে মনটা খুব খারাপ হয়ে গেলো।আমি অবশ্যই চেষ্টা করব এ সপ্তাহে আমার এনগেজমেন্ট বাড়ানোর জন্য।
আপনাকে অনেক ধন্যবাদ।প্রতি সপ্তাহের মত এ সপ্তাহেও আমাদের কার্যক্রম সুন্দরভাবে তুলে ধরেছেন। আপনার এই নিয়মিত কার্যক্রম কে স্বাগত জানাই। ধন্যবাদ।
প্রতি সপ্তাহে যে সমান এনগেজমেন্ট থাকবে এমনটা নাও হতে পারে। তবে নিজে কাজটি করার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করেছি কিনা সে বিষয়ে খেয়াল রাখতে হবে। আশাকরি এই সপ্তাহে আপনার এনগেজমেন্ট বৃদ্ধি পাবে। ভালো থাকবেন।
এই সপ্তাহের সাপ্তাহিক এনগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্ট আপনি আমাদের সবার মাঝে উপাস্থাপন করেছেন ৷ যেখানে সবার এনগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্ট পরিষ্কার ভাবে উল্লেখ করা আছে ৷ তবে আমার এনগেজমেন্ট আগের তুলনায় অনেক কম ৷ আমি পরের সপ্তাহে এনগেজমেন্ট বৃদ্ধি করার চেষ্টা করবো ৷
যাই দিদি আপনাকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ ৷ ভালো থাকবেন সুস্থ থাকবেন ৷ নিজের প্রতি খেয়াল রাখবেন ৷

প্রত্যেক সপ্তাহের মত এ সপ্তাহের এনগেজমেন্ট রিপোর্ট ও খুবই সুন্দর ভাবে আপনি আমাদের মাঝে উপস্থাপন করেছেন। আসলে আমাদের প্রত্যেকের উচিত এনগেজমেন্ট বৃদ্ধি করা তাহলে অবশ্যই ভবিষ্যতে আমরা ভালো কিছু করতে পারবো।

একদমই তাই, নিজের এনগেজমেন্ট বৃদ্ধি হলে এই প্ল্যাটফর্মে আপনার কাজের মূল্যায়ন অবশ্যই হবে। সাথে ধৈর্য্য ধরাও জরুরি। ভালো থাকবেন।
I fully agree that though I have shared seven post last week, but my engagement is relatively less than other active users. I'll try my best to improve it in next week.

An extraordinary report has been submitted to us. It's a shame that I still have few posts. Indeed, there was no other choice because offline activities were quite busy so I couldn't concentrate on writing. Even though it's only three, I'm only thinking positively, hopefully next week there will be an improvement.
