Asalam alikum, I hope all steemians are doing great. This topic is very important and almost everyone can relate to this topic. It is great opportunity of combating stress and getting to know more and more about it.

What I do to stay balanced in time of stress

First and foremost thing that I do in time of stress is reciting darood sharif. Reciting darood and salam is highly recommended for muslims , not all people would have knowledge that sending darood and salam on Holy Prophet PBUH is anti depressant too. Whenever we recite darood and salam on Holy Prophet PBUH it works in three dimensions. Firstly, it adds to our good deeds. Secondly it subtracts our wrong deeds and thirdly it places us in higher ranks in the eyes of Allah. So I start reciting darood and salam unless I feel better.

Second thing that I do in time of stress is self counselling. It may sound strange or funny but it really works. Self-counseling can be a very effective tool for managing stress and improving mental health. By taking time to reflect on your thoughts and feelings, you can gain insight into what is causing your stress and develop strategies for coping with it. Self-counseling can also help you identify negative thought patterns and beliefs that may be contributing to your stress, and replace them with more positive and empowering perspectives.
