Hope all of you are doing well in whatever position you are in.I am also very well with the grace of Allah through your prayers.Today I have appeared among you to participate in this competition.There is no person in the world who is not under stress for some reason or the other.Now I will share what to do to get rid of stress let's start.

Nowadays, stress has become an integral part of people's daily life.Stress comes for many reasons.Due to this stress, it can be from the fear of losing a job for not doing well in a job, it can be for something extra and there are many reasons for stress among us.I think meditation can be used to relieve stress.Also chewing gum can get some relief from it.When I am under stress I pray to Almighty Allah for release.Also, I share my stress with my family and friends.

I think when someone is upset and if he shares his mind i.e. stress with Karo then he will definitely get rid of it even for some time.Being under stress has many bad effects inside the body.Due to which various types of complex diseases including asthma can be affected.And so all of us can exercise daily for some time to escape from the rising stress.As a result, blood circulation in our body is normal and can help relieve stress.I meditate regularly to avoid stress.I meditate every morning.Along with that I do exercise which helps me to keep my body fit as well as stress.And so I have chosen a specific time of my day ie early morning to meditate and exercise.

You are constantly under stress.And now I will share with you 3 reasons why I am stressed.

Overthinking

We usually overthink things that we shouldn't.And due to overthinking, we get stressed.If we think before we act and share about that act with those close to us then we don't have to face this stress.But if we do something without thinking and then think about it then it will be overthinking.Because we should have thought about it at the beginning of our work.And I think of this overthinking as a cause of stress.

Wishful thinking

We all want our wishes to come true.Like everyone else, I want all my wishes to be fulfilled.But we never think about how we are losing our own mind while giving importance to this desire. But I think we should think about it.We have to take care that our body does not put any kind of pressure on it.And so I think that besides giving priority to the desire, we should think about the fact that we should not have mental stress.

Personal reasons

We all have some personal issues.And we never share these things with anyone.But due to this personal issue we have to get stressed many times.I think everyone needs to have that one person they can easily talk to about anything.There are many events in our life that we don't share with Karo but needed to be shared.And so these personal factors can stress you out the most.And so we have to take this matter seriously so that we can avoid stress.

I definitely think we should take this matter seriously.Because stress is something that can kill you.And so we should give importance to this matter so that we do not have to fall under mental stress and act accordingly.We are human and therefore it is natural for us to make mistakes.But we tend to magnify this issue which leads to stress.Be aware of the fact that we do not have any major problems from this stress.Because if we know them then these works will be much less than us due to which we will not do them more.As a result, our mental stress will decrease.And so we should all take a moment to think before we act.Because there is no point in thinking after work.And if we think it will lead us to stress.And so we all should be aware of this so that we don't get stressed.And sometimes if I am under stress then I must share it with someone close to me then it will give me some relief.



Conclusion



All of us have more or less stress.And stress is something that can lead you to death.And so to get rid of this stress, talk about this stress with all of us.Because it feels good to talk about your stress with someone.And so we all should not hide anything within ourselves.
