A happy family is one with mutual respect for one another. It is a family where there is joy whenever they gather. A happy family is one that has each other's backs, they look after one another, they pull through for one another.
In a happy family, the family members are on good terms with each other. A happy family is a united one. In the good times, they stick together. In bad times, they stick together as well. A family. In a happy family, there is peace. There are no regular fights or quarrels. They understand each other. There is also a lot of trust and sincerity.
Respect
Respect has to be there in order to maintain a happy family. When the family members respect each other, there won't be grudges. Things move on smoothly. Respect is really crucial. When there is respect, one doesn't overstep boundaries. When there is respect, someone who is going out of line can be called to order and corrected. The role of respect in a happy family cannot be overestimated.
Love
Love is essential for a happy family. Love is the glue. When you love someone, you will be willing to do anything for them, as long as it is good. Love makes us go the extra mile for family. When love is there, one would do anything to put a smile on the faces of their family members. Love brings unity.
Trust
Trust helps maintain a happy family. There can never be a happy family without trust. Trust gives peace of mind. When you trust your family members, you will always be relaxed and happy with them. You can entrust them with things that are really precious to you.
Professional relationships can get to the point where they become like family. Sometimes, when you always do things together with someone you have a professional relationship with, you can get so close that the person becomes like family.
Having a happy family or being in one is such an amazing feeling. Not everyone has that privilege. A happy family gives you people who will have your back no matter what. People who you can share difficult times with, as well as tough times. People who come to your rescue. The benefits of a happy family are so great. That is why one should never do anything to destroy a happy family, because it is a treasure.

A very valid point you made here. A happy family is one of the many blessings of life and it’s painful that not everyone have had that experience hence we should value it if we have and put in all the necessary effort to maintain the happiness in the family.
