I am participating in this wonderful contest which is organized by honourable @sduttaskitchen

Introduction

Nowadays people get angry very easily. Firstly, a hectic life, struggle to survive, delay in reaching the goal and sometimes misunderstanding of others, misunderstanding of ourselves , there are many other reasons for bad mood.
Every person gets angry, some get angry very quickly, some take a long time, some have less power to bear, some have more power to bear, I am also a normal person and I also have mood. My mood also gets spoiled .

What do you follow to rejuvenate your mood?

▪︎To improve my mood, I keep myself busy with other work. I am fond of drawing and making crafts. When I am in a bad mood, I draw. This passes some of my time and also releases my stress.

▪︎ I have been very fond of listening to music since childhood. I can listen to songs continuously for a few hours. I like Hindi , korean and English songs very much. After listening to songs, I feel refreshed and I feel that it helps in correcting my mood. There can be no better solution than this .

▪︎ I eat chocolates to correct my bad mood because after eating chocolates I feel very happy.

▪︎ To correct my bad mood, I also take natural help and go to the garden of my house and sit quietly. The pure climate there and the smell of colorful and fragrant flowers also helps my mood.

Which things bother you the most and change your temper?

Something that irritates me the most is when i score less than what i expected . My mood gets disturbed if my daily study target isn't complete , but if i score badly i feel bad and sad ... much enough to make my mind blank for hours .
I don't set up the targets right instead I make a long list which is impossible to be completed on a day.
My mood is also affected by my routine , if i don't workout on a day as per my routine then i feel bad .

Once when i was in 8th standard , there was a new student named "Prakriti" . She was really upset because she came in the middle of the term and so i helped her completing her work to make her happy and be friends .

@moyeon , You have written very beautifully, nowadays people expect more from their expectations than the reality, and if things do not happen as per expectation, this can be the reason for sadness or bad turn. You have told very good ways to come out of this. Very good .

My dear life is some how hard this days. I don't know if that is why people get upset this days easily but anyway there is is nothing we can do about it. Is just for us to control ourselves. Life is not balance.
