Hay muchas formas y maneras para disfrutar de nuestra vida pero siempre lo estamos posponiendo, decimos cuando tenga dinero voy a disfrutar de la vida, pero dejas la vida consiguiendo el tan anhelado dinero, voy a disfrutar y ser feliz cuando tenga un carro, una casa, pero la vida son solo momentos, hace unos días invite a mi hijo para ir a la playa me dijo que para pasear se necesita mucho dinero, mi pregunta fue cuánto necesitas para disfrutar un día en la playa?

Hubo un tiempo de mi vida que solo pensando en hacer felices a los demás que ellos estuvieran bien, por muchas situaciones de la vida y desilusiones empecé a pensar en mi primero por supuesto esto trajo como consecuencia que muchos te ven como una persona egoísta, conflictiva, no entienden que empecé a trabajar en mi vida, creo no considerar a los demás es egoísta, pero tener amor propio y disfrutar de mi vida no es egoísmo, todos necesitamos tiempo para nosotros mismos así algunas personas lo vean como egoísmo, así que ahora soy considerada con los demás me preocupo y los ayudo, pero le doy prioridad a mi vida para mi eso es amor propio No egoísmo.

Siendo Agradecidos, este sería el primer paso para lograr vivir la vida, debemos agradecer por todo lo que tenemos y todo lo que nos pasa. Tengo una Filosofía de vida y es que la Gratitud atrae Prosperidad y es una forma de vivir la vida.

No, para mí pensar en el Placer propio no es ser egoísta, porque pensar en el placer propio es también pensar en nuestros seres queridos, porque para mí placer es compartir tiempo con ellos, es disfrutar de momentos únicos pero con ellos, además que placer propio no necesariamente es egoísmo, porqué si estamos bien podemos ofrecer nuestra mejor versión a los demás.

Besides performing responsibilities, we must try enjoyment, or life will be robotic and stressful. A person who earns a livelihood for the family is not a robot! As a human, he/she has the right to think about his/her enjoyment. If a travel plan can help overcome stress and boredom!
Then it should be earlier. Life is too short to explore all the enjoyment that we deserve. Running after money and taking more responsibilities can be necessary but not more than your life.
Thinking about self-enjoyment as a part of self-care is not selfishness at all;
Everything is good in a balanced mood,
so enjoyment should be in a balanced mood too!
