Alhamdulillah I really enjoyed reading your post. You have presented the subject of mental stress in a very beautiful way. You have mentioned three reasons for mental protection, three of which I like very much.
First of all you said take relax. Breathe there and it is so important. That when you breathe, breathe beautifully, your mind and body will relax. This is the reason you said first that I like very much.
In the video, you said to visit a natural place. I can say 100% that if you visit a natural place, if you travel from there and walk around there repeatedly, but if you park, there is definitely a chance that you will feel better. Which I do constantly. If my mind is not good then if people pressure meMost of the time I go for a walk to see the natural places.
Third, I like the important point you made. What you have done is be mindful. Actually, what I mean is that whatever you or I do, I can do it regardless of whether I have the ability to do it or not. Do that carefully.
Last thing you said that if it can't be controlled for stress then definitely consult a doctor otherwise but it can be a big problem. Anyway nice to read your post stay healthy always wish this for you Allah Hafeez
