Hello Friends,
Hope you are all well? I am also fine with your prayers and the infinite mercy of Almighty Allah. I pray that everyone will be fine in the current situation. Actually survival in present time is very challenging.

Today I have come up with a different post out of the usual post. I will publish the weekly report here on this day like every week. This week I will try to do a thorough analysis of all the work I have done.

When I publish my work in the form of a report, a realization comes to me. Then there is a constant opportunity to correct mistakes. In addition, continuity comes to my own work.

All the work I did this week.

• Active users are crucial for any community to function properly. So all of us on the moderator panel invite new users to the New Commer's community.

• So I also try to constantly bring new users to the community. So I regularly invite those who have been verified to the New Commer's community.

• But don't always expect a positive response. It's really nice when new users come after inviting. Again, when no one comes even after inviting, I try again and again without getting disappointed.

• The contest will again be held inside our community from March onwards. Our admin Didi trusted the panel of moderators to decide the topic of the contest.

• We had a meeting about this matter. Then we presented three topics to the admin ma'am. The best topic among them is fixed for the first contest. The surprise was saved for next week.

• Admin Didi always advises me to do good things. Which I like the most. When I can't decide on any work, talking to the admin ma'am solves everything easily.

• A wonderful initiative has been taken in our community. Yes talking about the tutorial class where all users attend regularly.

• A few classes of level one tutorial classes were taken earlier. This Wednesday was held once again for revision classes.

• A separate syllabus has been prepared for several levels covering all the topics of the tutorial classes. There will be one class every week on a regular basis.

• Already @mahir4221 has published the question paper of tutorial level one. I regularly try to clear the doubts of users by attending classes. As a result they do not have to face any new problems to work.

• Community hangouts are very important to build friendly relationships with everyone. We regularly organize hangouts every Friday. Where our priority is enjoyment.

• A different initiative was taken on this week's Hangout. Admin Mam's plan was to innovate beyond the traditional entertainment phase.

• All the users present were divided into two groups. A different song contest is called Antaksari. When one group finishes the song, the other group has to sing with the last letter.

• That's how this week's hangout turned out to be absolutely hilarious. I was unable to participate in the song due to personal issues but was able to judge.

• We usually don't fail to require voice verification for new users. We take this step as an extra precaution. It will help to stop any unethical activities.

• We require video verification of suspicious users. We warn them first if they are suspicious. Even then, if it is not corrected, I am forced to mute it.

• I share a funny contest every week to increase community engagement. The number of participants is gradually increasing every week. It is very nice to see.

• This week in particular had a significant number of participants. This week's contest was special to me. Because among the participants of the contest, I managed to win our community admin ma'am.

• All the participants gave very good answers. Among them, the answers of the winners were quite exceptional. In fact, my purpose of this contest was like that. "Have fun and win rewards."
