Nature Heals
Hello Everyone!
If you are following me, you might know that I am a huge nature lover. I try to connect myself with nature as much as I can. Even my paintings are mostly nature-related like sunrise, sunset, moon, stars, beaches, or mountains.
I have mentioned earlier that nature acts as a therapy or a healer. If you notice, in today’s time due to hectic schedules, people are becoming more disconnected from nature. And, now people are also suffering from many more mental and emotional disturbances as compared to a few years ago. Because earlier, people were connected to nature more than technology. The main reason behind the increasing cases of anxiety, depression, and emotional imbalance is the disconnection from nature.
Nowadays, people hardly have time to watch the sunrise or sunset peacefully. Everyone is in a hurry and more connected to technology. Even if someone goes on a walk, they will be talking to someone or texting on their phone. Hardly anyone tries to spend time in nature and feel the peace around them.
Would you like to feel the peaceful or healing energy of nature? Try this! Whenever you are feeling stressed or feeling low, take a break from your work, leave the phone at home, and go for a walk, watch the sunset, or do gardening for at least 15-20 minutes. After that, observe how you feel, and what thoughts come to your mind. You will surely see a positive shift in your mood and your thoughts. I would say, spend at least 15-20 minutes in nature every day for a month and see the differences in your life.
When we are peaceful and healed, we are able to deal with challenges better in our day-to-day lives. And, our personal and professional lives are much more balanced and we have more positive thoughts or positive perspectives to see this world.
