Today, I will be talking about, how to change our state of mind and be mindful and peaceful most of the time. There are some things you need to add to your daily routine to see differences. They are:

Yoga: Yoga will not only make your body healthy, it even works for our mind and soul. Regularly practicing yoga will give you immense benefits, such as improving your health, strengthening your body, more mindfulness, better handling of your work stress, and maintaining balance in your personal and professional life.

Meditation: Meditation is the best tool for a healthy state of mind - just as workouts and exercises are for your physical health. People focus more on appearance rather than the inner self and this is the main reason for aggressiveness, depression, and anxiety these days.

Even 5 minutes of daily meditation can help you a lot to deal with the ongoing day-to-day issues in your life. Better mental health means better at solving problems, and an optimistic approach over a pessimistic one, which leads to a happy mood and a happy day.

Affirmation: One of the easiest ways to transform your life is by doing affirmations. Affirmation is simply affirming positive thoughts or sentences, so your conscious and unconscious mind starts to believe it’s true.

For example, aggressive people can affirm: I am peaceful and, I am a calm soul repeatedly. And people who are weak and ill can affirm that, I am strong and healthy.

A simple technique that I use is to take a glass of water and mindfully affirm:
I am a peaceful soul
I am strong and
I am guided by the divine.
And then, drink that water, as it’s believed that water has memory. So, this technique becomes much more powerful than simply affirming in your mind.
These are some simple and easy techniques to transform yourself and your life. Do this every time you drink water for about a month to see the differences.

These simple practices, if done every day, can immensely change things within you.
