SEC17/W3|Experiences come with age or circumstances! "
Life can really be funny at times gives to us what we don't even plan or wished for but well I have actually come to discover that is actually how life is. Sometimes we face things and we learn either by blessing or by lessons. Anyone, at the end of the day, we will keep learning.
A lot has really been taught about experience and what it ought to be. Today I will be sharing my own perspective about what I believe experiences is and much more. Stay tuned as you read below.

Alright I will like to talk about maturity. A lot of perception and believes about maturity. Some believe that it is related to age and some thing it comes by either marriage. First of I will define maturiy as you coming to the point whereby you understand how and what life is in different aspect of life.
Maturity can really be applied in different aspects of life ranging from finances, marriage or many more and that is why our ideology about maturity because a lot of us including I growing up thinks that maturity deals with age. What do I mean by that, I always feel the more you are old, the more you will be matured
Well I have actually come to discover it does not work that way. You can actually be old and still yet be not be matured. I think it deals with exposure to the dealings of life and how it operates.

When it comes to experience, one of the things I really believe is that it deals with circumstances and not age but nevertheless both of them work together.
In some cases, the more you grew older in age, the more experience you are because you will have been privileged due to your age to be exposed to some circumstance that will have taught you quite a whole lot of lessons beyond you can ever thought of.
In another picture, you can actually still be aged but not experienced in some aspects of circumstances and that is really were building yourself up through learning and from the experience you face in life comes in actually. So I will say depending on the situation, experience comes with both age and circumstances
Do you believe older people can also learn so many things from youth? Justify.
Perfectly true. One of the things I have come to learn about learning things is it comes by exposure because what you don't know, you don't actually know and that is where exposure comes in. I quite believe due to the fact that older people have been exposed to a lot of things, they are bound to experience more things in their youth and then tend to learn from it.
In most cases, it is quite a pity that many of them do not always learn from their youth and so the mistake they make when they are young, even when they are old, they still tend to repeat the same thing again. Well I will like to stop here.

Sabes que esta dinámica me hizo recordar que en los trabajos cuando buscan personal piden que la persona sea joven y tenga mucha experiencia en el área que está solicitando lo cual, me parece una gran incongruencia porque, mezclar la edad con la experiencia implica que no se está dispuesto a ser agente circunstancial sino, disfrutar de la madurez de alguien sin ni siquiera haber aportado una herramienta para darle la clave de madurar.

You are right. A lot of places that gives Jobs always make this mistake. In fact so many times they always think the older person is the one with the much experience but it is not always so

It depends on the type of experiences...some experience comes with age and others comes with circumstances.

Your post made me wonder... Are some people scared of being mature or is it just their nature to be less mature than others? Umh, I wonder.
It can also be that they are just too lazy to think and do things for themselves which makes them emotionally undeveloped or as I like to call it childish.

I think sometimes circumstances surround one to help one to be mature so probably those people didn't have the opportunity to be surrounded with that type of circumstances.

Maturity has a lot to deal with exposure to life and how it operates. I am of the opinion that the more you grow in age, the better experience you have. As someone grows to older age, that person might have seen disappointment in relationship, in business, in academic, in ministry etc. By right learning should be stopped when you no longer exists. Exactly mandate, maturity doesn't shows only in physical appearance as most people think. To be matured means you're ready to face life, its risk and ready to take actions yourself. Just like you said, I've seen so many people who are grown enough to act matured but they're now. Like yesterday evening, a car broke down along our area, i helped the man fix the car, after that he couldn't say thank you for what i did. Is that maturity? Off course no, even when he's old enough to act matured by showing gratitude, he couldn't. So you're right about maturity.
