Hello Steemians,
How are you all? I hope you are all doing well by the grace of Allah. I am also very well with all of your prayers and the infinite mercy of Allah Ta'ala.
Today I came to you again with a new post. In this post I will highlight all the work I have done for the community throughout the week.
We are constantly working for the development of the community, this post will let you know about those works. So let's get started without further ado.

A community can never function well without general members. Our general members are really good at their job. Every general member of our community deserves praise for their work.
In addition to the current general users of our community, we need more general users. So I am always looking at the New Commerce community to bring new members to our community.
Competitions will be organized in our community from the first week of March. We were tasked with selecting topics for our first competition. We are truly delighted to have the responsibility of selecting the topic for the competition.
Then we moderators have a meeting on the voice channel and discuss the matter amongst ourselves. Then we choose the topic. Which topic we will present to our admin mam.

- Then we have a meeting with our admin mam and present our chosen topics before her. Our admin selects the best topic from the topics presented by us for this contest.
- As you all know we organize a tutorial class every Wednesday. As usual, tutorial classes were organized on this Wednesday as well. Many of our users attended this Wednesday's tutorial class. As a professor I have to take this class every Wednesday.

- During the class, our admin mam also joined us. Then she brought up many important things between us. Many thanks to our admin ma'am for that.
We have already taken five tutorial classes. So we organized a test to verify what our users learned. I have set all the questions that will be asked in that exam.
I have divided the tutorial classes into five levels. Different topics will be discussed at each level. I have set the syllabus for what will be discussed at each level.
Our general members are constantly facing various problems, and many times they ask us various questions about their doubts.This week I have cleared the doubts of many by bringing them to the voice channel.

Like every week this week also our community hangout was organized. Almost all our general users were present in the hangout.We all had a really great time at our weekly hangout.
At the beginning of the hangout we discussed some important things. Then our admin ma'am joins us. Then we all had a lot of fun at the hangout.
This is how we spend every week with various tasks. I always try to stand by our general users, we try to clear all their doubts as soon as possible.

খুবই ভালো একটা উদ্যোগ নিয়েছেন আমাদের কমিউনিটি কারণ আপনারা এত পরিশ্রম করে যাচ্ছেন আমাদের জন্য আমরা কি শিক্ষা অর্জন করতে পেরেছি সেটি বুঝার জন্য উদ্যোগটা আমাদের জন্য খুবই ভালো হয়েছে।
অনেক ধন্যবাদ ভাইয়া আপনি অনেক সুন্দর একটি রিপোর্ট আমাদের মাঝে উপস্থাপনা করেছেন।
খুবই ভালো একটি উদ্যোগ কেননা ক্লাসে অংশগ্রহণ করার পর তারা কি শিক্ষা অর্জন করল এটা পরীক্ষা না নিলে বোঝা মুশকিল হয়ে যায়।
গত ক্লাসে আমাদের সাথে দিদি যুক্ত হয়েছিলেন তিনি আমাদের সত্যিই অনেক সুপরামর্শ এবং কেন ক্লাসের প্রয়োজন খুব সুন্দরভাবে বুঝিয়ে দিয়েছেন।
ধন্যবাদ জানাই সুন্দর রিপোর্ট উপস্থাপন করার জন্য।
প্রতিটা কাজের একটা দক্ষতা প্রয়োজন। আর আমাদের এই দক্ষতা অর্জনের পিছনে আপনাদের অবদান অপরিসীম। দক্ষতা অর্জনের জন্য আপনারা যে উদ্যোগটা নেওয়া হয়েছে, তা খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। কারণ শিক্ষা দেওয়ার পরে অবশ্যই সেটা যাচাই করার জন্য পরীক্ষা নেওয়া অতীব গুরুত্ব। বিষয়টা খুবই ভালো লাগলো। ভালো থাকবেন সুস্থ থাকবেন
সত্যিই একটি পরিবার যেমন বাবা, মা, ভাই, ভোন ব্যতিরেকে অসম্পূর্ণ, ঠিক তেমনই স্টিমিট প্লাটফর্মে একটা কমিউনিটিও জেনারেল ইউজার ছাড়া অসম্পূর্ণ। তবে এক্ষেত্রে মডারেটরস্ আর এডমিনরাও সমানভাবে জরুরি।কারণ জেনারেল ইউজারদের পথপ্রদর্শক হিসাবে কাজ করে আপনাদের মতো দক্ষ মডারেটরস্ ও এডমিনেরা।
আপনারা সত্যিই বেশ ভালো একটা উদ্যোগ নিয়েছেন।শুধুমত্র ক্লাস করলেই যে আমরা শিখতে পারবো তা কিন্তু নয়।ক্লাস থেকে আমরা কতটুকু শিক্ষা নিলাম তা প্রমান করার মাধ্যম হলো এক্সাম যেটা আপনারা উপলব্ধি করতে পেরেছেন ও সে অনুযায়ী প্রযোজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নিয়ে পরিক্ষার ব্যবস্থা করেছেন।পরিক্ষার মাধ্যমে আমরা বুঝতে পারছি কোন জিনিজগুলোতে আমাদের বোঝার কমতি আছে, তাই আমরা সহযেই আমাদের ত্রুটিগুলো আপনাদের দ্বারা সংশোধন করতে পারছি।
প্রত্যেকটা জায়গায় যখন আমরা নতুন করে কাজ করা শুরু করি। তখনই সেখানকার অনেকগুলো নিয়ম-কানুন থাকে। আমরা কিন্তু সেটা জানি না এবং অনেক কিছু শিখার থাকে। আমাদেরকে সেখানোর মত কেউ থাকে না।
কিন্তু এই প্লাটফর্মের এডমিন মহোদয় এবং মডারেটর মহোদয়েরা। আমাদের জন্য খুবই ভালো একটা উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করেছে। যেটা নাকি আমরা ক্লাসের মাধ্যমে আমাদের প্রশ্নগুলো তাদের কাছে করতে পারব। এবং সেখান থেকে আমরা উত্তর যেনে নিতে পারব।
খুবই ভালো লাগলো আপনাদের এমন একটা উদ্যোগ দেখে। এবং আমি অনেক কিছু শিখতে পেরেছি। এখান থেকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ ভাল থাকবেন।
