I do not deny the positive aspects that these technologies brought, but all there is is that I am realistic and talk about the necessity of organizing and controlling them, not the other way around. Therefore, there must be strategies that sponsor the work of these technologies, and not the matter as it is today, in the almost complete absence of its laws.
