You said we shouldn't hurt people or shouldn't be presented with harsh behavior with them to make them correct. You have given a correct reason for it. I really go with your idea. I think we should make them correct through advice, dialogue and soft behavior. But if still they don't understand, I think we should adopt a harsh way, and it's for their benefits only.
