Greetings to you, my dear Steemians, and welcome to my post today. I trust you're doing well with your loved ones. I am here again to share with you what I usually do to stay balanced in times of stress. Staying balanced is also like staying healthy, and we all desire a healthy life because none of us love taking drugs in order to be healthy, and that would never be our portion. Having said so, in my own case, what I usually do to stay balanced during times of stress has been shared below.

In times of stress, what I usually do to stay balanced are as follows: doing exercise and eating good foods. I.e., fruits; having enough rest (sleep); and stopping thinking over things. Let's take a look at how I apply what I do to stay balanced in times of stress.
Doing Exercises:
Whenever I am tired, I don't joke with doing exercises, and taking a walk around is the best exercise that I do to stay balanced after work stress. Exercise is simply activities that you do to improve your physical, or something like mental, fitness and strength.

Just as I have said earlier, exercise is what we do to stay healthy and is an activity that is intended to improve physical health. As a young guy, whenever I notice that I have overstressed myself and I want to stay balanced, I engage myself in doing exercises where I stand up and begin straightening my hands, doing situps, walking, and other little exercises that can keep me balanced again.
Eating good foods (fruits)
Eating good foods, most especially fruits, is something I don't joke about each time I am stressed. Eating fruits usually refreshes my health and makes me feel happy. In fact, as it stands, fruits are what usually keep me healthy and my skin fresh. In times of stress, I do ensure that I eat well before and after doing physical exercise.
Having enough sleep
Sleeping, which is equally the same thing as resting, is what I also do to stay balanced in times of stress. I do spend quality time sleeping after I have overworked for the day. As a human being, it's not proper for us not to have a rest after stressing ourselves. In my own case, I do spend quality time sleeping in the afternoon, which I believe can improve my health.

Sleeping is a state of reducing consciousness, which is the main reason why doctors recommend everyone spend at least 8 hours a day sleeping. After doing exercises to keep myself balanced, the next thing that I do is to eat good food before taking a quality rest, which is nothing other than sleeping.
Praying to God:
I do pray to God Almighty for good health, strength, and protection in whatever I do or intend to do. The grace of God is my backup in life, and each time I do feel that I am becoming distressed, I want to stay balanced. I pray to God to grant me directions on what I can do to stay balanced, which has been helpful to me.
I stopped thinking:
Thinking about things usually makes us feel uncomfortable, as thinking never solves problems; instead, it makes us feel depressed. Whenever I am stressed, I make sure that I keep away anything that would make me start feeling worried or make me think about things that would make me feel sad.

The three main reasons behind our stress are;
Overworking during the day We do feel stressed when we have overworked ourselves during the day. So many people tend to use a day to finish a job that is supposed to take 2-3 days or do work that is supposed to take 4 hours to accomplish in 1 hour, which at the end of the day causes a person to begin to feel stressed.
Too much worries: As a human being, by the time you began to think that the world was inside your head, If your problem is too big and there's no solution, you would be distressed and feel unrelaxed. Let's keep worries aside and try to be happy, because problems will never finish as long as we live. Overthinking can cause mental health problems and make us feel melancholic.
Not doing physical and spiritual exercises: As human beings, we have to ensure that we are physically and spiritually fit to overcome the evil ones. By the time you think you can do everything on your own without the help of God, you're gradually killing yourself, and if you think you can go all day without exercising, you should also know that you're gradually killing yourself. Having say so and not doing physical and spiritual exercises where we pray to God is also a reason behind our stress.

Yes, I think we should take this problem seriously so we can stay balanced in life, as health is wealth. The reason why I think we should take this problem seriously is as follows:
Too much work makes us feel distressed, which is not good for human health. In this case, don't overwork yourself as if there's no tomorrow; instead, always consider your health before looking for money. Remember, health is wealth.
In terms of worries over problems, learn how to be happy and avoid any form of distress in your life. Learn how to take your health seriously, and finally, we should learn how to take our spiritual growth and physical growth very seriously, as they are the two ways by which we can have a better life.
