My Weekly Report as a Moderator #02

Dear readers,
Today I am going to present to you the weekly report of the second week. Second week report date 22-12-2023 to 28-12-2023.
From the day of submitting the report last Friday till this day I am trying to complete every activity properly.
Let us then study the weekly report.:-
After the tournament has already completed three rounds, now the two teams are working hard for the final match. Both teams are showing good performance and I am waiting for their results. Many teams have been disqualified during this tournament so every player has to be very careful and maintain quality comments.

- Third round winning team :- @rubina203
Both teams of @rubina203 & @sampabiswas performing well for the fourth round. Both teams I could see every player working hard.
Our community founder Admin Didi @sduttaskitchen conducted the second number competition in the month of December at the end of the year. The theme of the contest was "Santa is on his way to surprise us with gifts" So what gifts would we like to receive from him? I read many people's writings from which I came to know that everyone wants good for family, not wasting time and use it in right way, be patient. One of the exceptions I learned is that wants to look like a bright star that wants to move the community forward. I really like this request.

We want to extend this platform to everyone including our community on all social media. We are constantly promoting with that goal in mind.
I noticed that our Twitter promotion is getting quite a few viewers. Booming support reported 23 viewers after promoting it on Twitter. Also several members of our community, including myself, share post links on Twitter.
Also there are many members who share post link in our telegram group.

On the last 25th, our community organized an all-members presence and hangout on the occasion of Christmas Mary. Where we have many discussions including year end hangout entertainment.
Didi gave us a chance to be Santa and asks us for three gifts, one of which is that we all stay active on this community platform and Keep saving power without power down. We are a family so we all want to move forward not only these two years but also far.
Not to mention, if we are all connected to this community, then this community will be the best of all, like a bright star. So happiness and sorrow are all together in the family.
One more thing I would like to highlight is:- Didi wants to know how the year 2023 was spent by everyone in the hangout, how many marks out of 10 are eligible for the year 2023? Here everyone presented his opinion.
Many of them gave 10 out of 10. Some others have given 2-3 and 5 out of ten in this way from his perspective. I gave it 8.5 out of ten.

We try to complete verification of each post properly. One of the things I noticed while doing the verification is that most of the members in our community follow #burnsteem25.
Every member is maintaining good engagement. Increased comments with quality writing.
Occasionally there are one or two members who try to increase the voting CSI but accidentally end up upvoting the same author's post multiple times due to which it is not increasing.
But they have been told that henceforth they are working towards increasing voting CSI. Members have not committed any immoral acts this week. So thank them.
Most of the texts I study for post verification are diary games. The diary game also presents quite well. I have studied many travel writings which are very informative.
