Yes the preferences have changed, and now the materialistic gifts can’t bring the real excitement. Maybe because now I am at a stage of life when I can afford things which otherwise used to be a dream for me and I used to yearn for. Now the real felicity comes from the presence of close ones around. It’s quite more valuable than gifts when your relationships remain good and intact.
