Steem engagement challenge-s7/w5 | My way to stay balanced during the time of stress
Hi steemian friends.
Stress is a disease that always appears in our minds, but there are several reasons why this stress can haunt our minds which I will discuss in my following entry.
What do you do to stay balanced in times of stress?
Stress has become a daily meal for me as a student who is doing an internship at the Syrian Court Office, not because I am bored but I often experience stress because of the many activities surrounding internship assignments and the many reports I have to make to be sent to campus which makes me often feel stressed.
But there are many simple things that I often do to balance that stress, one of which is I take a moment to hang out with friends over coffee during breaks at the office.
There are always lots of new things and knowledge that I get when I hang out with my friends, I also often joke around with them so that my stress can disappear. Sometimes I also watch some of my favorite One Piece anime which makes me instantly feel happy.
Give three main reasons behind our stress?
Here are three reasons/points that we often experience that can make us feel stressed.
1. The amount of work or work that has piled up.
This cannot be denied in our daily lives, there are various jobs that we must do every day for the survival of ourselves and our beloved families. Sometimes we don't just do one job, there must be several other side jobs that we have to do that day to add to the cost of our daily living needs.
When these jobs have started to accumulate, that's where our minds start to think about many things, then it is these many thoughts that make us often feel physically and mentally tired which then drives all this fatigue to make us stressed.
2. Overthinking
I still don't know what causes us to become overthinking, whether it's an illness or a mental disorder, what is clear is that overthinking is a feeling that often causes us stress.
3. Problems in the family
This is a point that we really have to avoid in our family, sometimes various problems in the family can come at any time and in any situation, in my opinion this is a serious problem that we must fix as soon as possible because it can damage our mentality and thoughts that make us continue to drag on. anxiety and stress.
Do you think now we should take this problem seriously? If so, then describe why?
Yes, stress is a very serious problem. As far as my personal observation goes, there are a lot of negative effects that occur in people who are stressed, one of which is that symptoms of mental damage can appear and you can't think clearly.
And what's even worse is that many people are mentally ill and crazy because most feel stress. However, to anticipate this feeling of stress, there is one most effective way from me, namely don't let yourself be lonely. can be lost.

Students life is really full of stress and worried it often make us bored and tired when daily there is work burden of making and sending reports to concerns department. But its temporary and part of life, soon it vanished and you will be successful in career life.

Hi @ikwal, thanks for sharing your post about the different reasons behind our stress. After reading your post I must say that I find it hard to believe how much stress we as humans deal with on a daily basis. It's no wonder why so many of us struggle with mentally and physically draining feelings. Thankfully, there are little things that we can do to help alleviate these symptoms, such as spending time with friends, watching movies or shows and even indulging in our favorite snacks.
I really appreciate you taking the time out to discuss this serious issue and I'd like to thank you for highlighting its importance. Let's make sure we take care of ourselves and those around us by reducing the negative impacts of stress. After all, a healthier mind leads to a happier life! :)
