Steemit Engagement Challenge S7/W4| If you get a chance to visit the past with a time machine, which era would you like to dwell in and why

Dear friends, it is with great enthusiasm that I participate in this competition organised by Incredible India. If I had the chance to travel back in time with a time machine, I would gladly live in the medieval period, a dream I have nurtured since childhood, more so because I have always been fascinated by the figure of the Knight.

Imagine a world of heroic knights and imposing castles, a time when art and beauty were highly valued, like during the Renaissance. But it is the magic of knights and castles that has always fascinated me, both for their strategic importance and for their unique construction and the mysteries they hold.
Since I was a child, I grew up watching some quite famous cartoons about the famous King Arthur and the knights of the round table and these tales have always fascinated me and I have also read a few books on the subject.

If I had the opportunity to travel to that era, I would bring along some friends who share my passion for the Middle Ages and who like to collect medieval objects, such as swords and shields. I would like to take with me a medieval armour and a unique sword, which would be real treasures.
Incidentally, there was also a time in my life when I took part in medieval re-enactments, i.e. an association that practically reconstructed the clothes of yesteryear and went around doing demonstrations to make people understand how people lived in the Middle Ages.

However, I must admit that there would also be some fear, as the medieval period was also a time of attacks and travelling was dangerous, with risks of robbery and even death. For this reason, I am grateful to live in this era, where security is greater.
Now you can travel more safely, unfortunately in the medieval period you had to be escorted because there were some very dangerous places where you were often robbed.

Another passion of mine that I have carried on since childhood is that I have always been passionate about castles and I have always tried to visit many of them, indeed I hope to have the opportunity to visit new ones around the world.
