I hope all you are happy and enjoy your life.I am very happy to participate this beautiful and amazing community. It is my first post in this incredible India community. I hope all friends will enjoy this post. I am here to participate the contest steem engagement challenge S-12/ W-5 "I want to change my three habits" which is run by the incredible India. Let's start the answering of these questions that are asked in this contest.

If you get the opportunity to change your three habits, what are they? and why?

Bad habits interept our life and can cause health problem. Bad habits damage our physical and mental health. If we don't eliminate these habits, then we are not able to move forward in our life . These habits make our life difficult and cause many problems. If these habits do not end, then we are not able to achieve our goals.
Bad habits may feel good at the moment but for a long time they cause mental, emotional and physical problem.Every human being had some bad habits. If I had opportunity, I would break these three bad habits.

1. Not exercising

Sleeping too long and not exercising is very bad habit. Exercising is very important for our body.By exercising, human body remain active and strong. A healthy body have an healthy mind.If we do not exercise, our body will be sluggish all day.
My worst habit is not exercising in the morning.This habit can become very bad for me in the future. First of all I will eliminate this habit. Because it can cause many health disease. every person to do exercise for 30 to 40 minutes a day. Without exercise, a person's weight increases and it becomes the cause of many diseases. Lack of exercising can cause bone broblem and cause weakness of bones. So I will change this habit to take care of my health.

2. Smoking

Smoking is another my bad habits. I want to eliminate this habit as soon as possible because it can cause many disease. Smoking is bad for our health even in small quantity can cause serious problem. I got this bad habit in the university. When I went to the university, I became depressed.
It is become my habit and now I want to eliminate this habit.

3. Nighttime screen time

This is my habit to watching movies and social media apps like Facebook and TikTok in night. It can cause the lack of sleep. Lack of sleep can distrub the our physical health and mental health.
So i want to change this habit as soon as possible. Due to this habit I waste my time and do not give time to my studies. So this is very bad habit for my education and health.

How those changing habits can influence your lifestyle and improve your relationships in the personal and professional field? Describe.

If I oppertune to change these bad habits then it can improve my relationship with my family and friends and also increase my skills in my field. If I eliminate these habits then I will be able to achieve my goals in my life. Because this is very difficult to change this habit quickly but we can change these habits day by day. I we remain positive and and eliminate these habits slowly then we can achieve the goals.
changing the bad habits increase the health of our boby and mind and reduce the stress and negetive thoughts. So it will improve our personal and professional field.

Do you believe before indicating other mistakes; we should work on our drawbacks? Justify your point.

Yes, I believe in this because there are many drawbacks in our life. If we want peace in our life so first we should work on our drawbacks. It is important to look at our own mistakes before looking for others. If we look our own mistake then we can make our life positive and successful. It can make our relation with other strong. So it is very important to work on our drawbacks. We should not blame other on our mistake and work on it to improve yourself.
