Daily Dairy - September 3 2024
Realised I'm overeating these days and I don't know why. This has caused my stomach to also protrude. I've not had a 6 pack since I was 15 or so but it's gotten worse within the last few weeks. I'm just recovering from a weekend of running stomach but it didn't reduce the size of my stomach.
I'm also considering starting intermittent fasting. I hear it's very beneficial to the body. I wanna get in shape now. I went to ask about gym membership and it's about 10% of my salary. Currently can't afford that from my salary. Trying to make the money elsewhere but no good news yet. I'm still hopeful though.
Counted my last remaining coins today. Month just began and I'm already counting my emergency coins. I keep the change when I buy groceries and pay fares and keep them down. Whenever I'm short of cash, that's where I go. Hopefully, I won't be short of cash anytime soon.
Grateful for life. All's well with me. Got to work late because the bus was late but all's well here.

Many people among us love to eat, after they eat, they don't want to do anything else, eating too much is never good for the body, I saw that you have accumulated a lot of coins, if you can save like this, life will improve a lot. Thanks for sharing nice post with us.

I'm just looking at not eating on 1 day of the week as part of my intermittent fasting.
