Hello My Friend, @abialfatih! You have some great ideas on how to stay balanced during stressful times. I especially like your tips on reading the Quran, relaxation and travel, and facing personal problems head-on. It’s good to remember that through prayer, accepting reality, and taking time to relax, all our stress can be reduced.

I would also add one more activity to this list - physical activity. Incorporating a healthy dose of exercise into our day helps reduce stress levels tremendously. Having a relaxing walk or jog around your neighborhood, easy stretching at home, or a Zoom class with friends are some ways to get involved in physical activity.

Overall, it's important to always find balance between working hard and maintaining peace in mind. Thank you for the reminder about this valuable lesson!
