Hi, happy to have you again for your time to read through my post. I want to thank the organizer of this contest.

Why education is significant in our lives?

Let's look at education as a process of receiving specific instruction in a particular place of learning such as school and any other place where new ideas are taught.

How do you classify education? Describe.

Education is an eye-opener. It exposes one to the realities of life. It's the backbone of any development. It helps in reshaping one way of life. It makes people or nations interact with one another and find solutions to issues of concern.

Education connects people of various ethnic nationalities through meeting in various institutions of learning.

Education has some negative aspects. From the knowledge people acquire from education, dangerous weapons are produced to safeguard and cause destruction to life and properties.

Nations are at war for some reasons, e.g. Russia - Ukraine, Israel- Palestine etc. They are using sophisticated weapons destroying lives and properties, all as a result of knowledge acquired from education.

Do you believe besides institutional education, we have a lot of other educations that are equally essential? Justify your answer.

Yes, besides institutional education, where learning and teaching take place using a defined curriculum and a place where many subjects are taught.

There is education that doesn't have a defined curriculum and specific place where learning and teaching are based and in a specific place, informal education: as it's called.

In this type of education, knowledge is acquired through personal experiences, social interaction and exposure to different cultures and environments.

It doesn't require any instructor to impart knowledge and any defined place and curriculum. The strange behavior that one comes into contact with, helps acquire new education.

Another form of education is non-formal education, which is normally structured and organized, by going to seminars, workshops, debates etc.

Unlike informal education, some facilitators impact knowledge on the participants.

According to you, which education carries more value in life? Describe.

While, education all forms of education carry value, since knowledge is acquired through them. But, to me, formal education carries more value.

The reason is, that there is a defined curriculum and an instructor who is knowledgeable on the defined curriculum.

Also, there is a defined institution where this education is acquired. Formal education covers various subjects which through technology is built on.

Formal education passes through various levels of learning from primary, secondary and tertiary stages where one gets specialized.

Other forms of education other than formal ones do not have any defined curriculum and place of learning and do not have any specific period of completion.
