SEC17/W1 || Heaven and Earth, fantacy or reality

Hello Steemians,

I'm so elated to be here today and to be sharing a little bit of what I firmly believe as well as reading from others belief.

I will start by saying that I am a Christian and some of the answers I will be giving will come from the standpoint of my religion and where necessary, backed up by same.

So, let's ride.

Do you believe there is a place named heaven and hell out of this world? Justify your belief:

Well, I believe in the existence of heaven and hell as real and this is because, the Bible provides different references to these spiritual dimensions, which affirms their reality. Jesus Himself spoke about heaven and hell, describing them as places where souls experience either eternal bliss or eternal torment based on their faith and deeds.

For example, in Matthew 25:46, Jesus says, "Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life." This reinforces the belief in heaven and hell as destinations awaiting every soul after death.

So, yes. I believe in the existence of the both dimensions.

Do you believe karma decides our future, and we get results according to the same?:

While the term "karma" may have been used in the Bible, the principle of divine justice aligns with bible on sowing and reaping. Paul wrote in Galatians 6:7-8, "Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life." This concept emphasizes the accountability we hold before God for our actions and the consequences that result from them.

Therefore, while the terminology may differ, the principle of karma, understood as reaping what one sows, resonates with bible on divine justice.

Needless to say that I have always seen karma play out in the lives of some selfish individuals who instantly suffered the consequences which can only be attributed to the aftermath of their actions.

So, why not. I believe in karma and do everything to avoid it.

Do you believe immortality and chasteness are some factors that affect our lifestyle? Describe:

Absolutely, immortality and chasteness nfluence our lifestyle choices and spiritual journey. The promise of immortality through faith in Christ is central and stated in 1 Cor 15:53, "For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality." This assurance motivates us to live with purpose and eternal significance.

Additionally, chasteness, or purity of heart is emphasized throughout the Bible as essential for spiritual growth and intimacy with God. Psalm 24:3-4 says, "Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in his holy place? The one who has clean hands and a pure heart." Therefore, immortality and chasteness serve as guiding principles that inform our values, decisions, and aspirations, leading us closer to God and His eternal kingdom.
