The brain needs to be trained well for overall well-being. The brain is considered to be a determinant for other organs in the body to function in a stable manner. This why I see the brain as the key to being alive as living beings. Having adequate sleep helps to put the brain in a good state promoting efficiency and durability of the brain. Once you have a good night rest or sleep your brain will unlock it's full potential because it has undergone a period of relaxation. Well ma, I was really happy reading this article.
