Steem engagement challenge-S12/W3|My first experience of receiving an ample vote on steemit.

Greetings to my fellow steemian in this community. Am very much excited to participate in this season 12, steemit engagement challenge.

Share your first experience of getting an ample vote on steemit(can share post link- optional).

When I first received my ample vote, it was very encouraging. Although by that I didn't really know what is mean to receive such vote because I was still new in the platform, but when I click on the notification and then, it takes me to the post, I now went to go and show another old steemian by name @oasiskp. He explained it to me and I was very happy.

He was now saying that am lucky and things are changing in the platform more
than when he joined. Since from then, the support made my journey to be smooth and easy to steem on.

How were your feelings after getting your first ample support?

After being surprise, I felt excited. I was happy as well expecially when the steemian who explain to me said that am lucky. I was strong and I said to myself wahoooooo, so someone can get this type of support in one post?. Then from there, I double up my efforts so as to be receiving such vote again.

Along with challenges you faced being a Steemian.

I joined steemit last year November. Am not up to a year but very soon, I will be happy to celebrate my one year as a steemian. My journey was not easy at the initial stage as I didn't know from right to left. But with the help and guide of the steemian who introduced me to the platform by name @manuelhooks, I was able to scale through. Now, I flow very well in the platform without any assistance. I can now assist my recruiter as I was assisted. I can now solve some challenges on my own, for other steemian too including my recruiter.

The experience I have here is a great benefits to me. Have known most of the things I didn't have an idea off, making friends with another people in different countries, their lifestyle, culture and many other is what I really appreciate.

As a steemian, the challenge am facing most is the time to be consistent. This is because of my work. Another one is how to grow my reputation. What am seeing is when I was a newbie, my reputation grows faster buy now, before my reputation now move to another level, I notice it takes time alot but nevertheless, I will still push harder till I reach higher. Also sometime, subscription of data is a challenge to me too but that will not make me not to make a post.

Share a few suggestions required to follow, and some need to avoid here.

What is required from steemian in steemit Platform is very simple. All what is needed to be done, is for every steemian to follow the rules, because through the rule, you will stand the chance to benefits more in the platform.

Making a content that is from you and not doing copyright is strictly the instruction. Or you make sure when you copy, you site the source properly in order not for you to be a victim of plagiarism. Belonging to a club and using the right hashtag is required too.

Some need to avoid is involving in plagiarism. Completing to be the same with someone else who is above you as a person and ways of writing his /her article.
