From your post, I have learnt one importance of keeping patients records in the notebook, incase such a patient returns and ask for report.
I think it is also important so as to track a patient's medical progress, you did great by recording it in a notebook.

Not only in our organization's labs, but also in notes at any diagnostic center. Because a patient can come later and report or if there is any problem, it can be solved by looking at the book.
That's why I think it's very important to make these notes in Notebook.
