What do you do to stay balanced in times of stress?


As a student of bachelor's degree, managing a balance between studies, social life, and personal interests can be quite a challenge. The stress of assignments, exams, and deadlines can take a toll on one's mental and physical health. To stay balanced in these times, I make sure to prioritize self-care by indulging in my favorite pastime, listening to the soul-stirring music of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. His songs have a soothing effect on me and help me relieve the stress and pressure of my daily routine.

In addition to listening to music, I also make sure to carve out some time for physical exercise and relaxation. Engaging in regular physical activity not only helps me stay fit and healthy, but also provides a much-needed outlet for my pent-up energy and frustration. I also try to find humor in life, and look for ways to laugh and have fun, even during the most stressful times. Whether it's through connecting with friends and family, or simply taking a break from my routine to do something I enjoy, I make sure to find balance in all aspects of my life .

Three main reasons behind my stress

1) : Being a Bachelor student of English Literature can be a source of stress for many reasons. The pressure to perform well academically, the weight of assignments and exams, and the desire to achieve a high grade can all contribute to stress levels. Additionally, the fear of not being able to secure a good job after graduation can also weigh heavy on the minds of students.

2) : Domestic works like household chores, caring for family members, and managing finances can also be a major source of stress. The daily demands of running a household and balancing multiple responsibilities can lead to feelings of overwhelm and burnout. Additionally, the lack of time for oneself due to these responsibilities can lead to feelings of stress and frustration.

3) : The pursuit of a successful career through academic research can also be a source of stress. The pressure to publish papers, attend conferences, and advance in one's field can lead to feelings of anxiety and stress. Additionally, the fear of not being able to live up to one's own expectations or the expectations of others can also contribute to stress levels. The constant need to stay up to date with current events and developments in one's field by reading articles, Google, and newspapers like the Dawn can also lead to added stress and become cause of stress.

Hello My friend @artist1111! Wow, what an awesome post! I absolutely love this one. It was so inspiring and really made me think about how important it is to take stress seriously. I’m sure many of your readers will feel the same way.

Here's a fun activity that I find really helps when dealing with stress: when situations start to become overwhelming, I close my eyes and imagine myself on a white sandy beach with palm trees swaying in the breeze. The sound of waves is always so calming and allows me to take a deep breath and recenter my focus. It works like a charm every time!

I'm also thinking of taking up yoga; it's such a great way to stay relaxed and keep calm during busy periods. And it might be enjoyable too (I heard there are lots of yummy poses!). What do you think? Have you ever tried any yoga poses? Let me know in the comments!

There are ups and downs in a person's life and there is a solution to every stress that you should always be happy and cope with this stress in a good way because in a person's life sometimes there is happiness and sometimes there is sadness and always the person's struggle. Yeah, following a bachelor's degree can always be a stress with deadlines and workloads. Listening to music is a good therapy, I also use this trick a lot.
