I must say that you have presented a very interesting content in saying that you use both your mind and your heart in making decisions. The heart is our seat of emotions and our mind of the logical reasoning. You made a very strategic point when you said that we should not allow our emotions to becloud our sense of reasoning and that you are a very emotional person yourself in the sense that you can easily feel people’s burden and need. I think that’s very commendable. Some people do not know how to have empathy on others because they will tell you that they do not work with their emotions.
The advice you gave to young people to stick to what works for them in the aspect of decision making is an interesting one and should be adhered to. The most important thing is that we all work with what works for us. Let’s produce useful result at the end and that’s what matters the most whether we use our emotions or our mind even though a combination of the two seems better.
