Assalamu Alaikum friends, we all come into this world with zero knowledge and our maturity comes with environmental conditions and age. With our age comes maturity. Today I'm going to write my own post on a great theme for the third week of Engagement Challenge organized by Incredible India. I invite you to participate @haidee @mesola @saintkelvin17.

Maturity comes to all of us but it doesn't come equally to everyone. Maturity reflects an individual's intellectual and behavioral development. Defining Maturity Maturity can be defined by an individual's sense of responsibility, self-awareness, and the ability to effectively manage one's emotions.

I think and believe that maturity comes more from circumstances than from age. An older person undoubtedly gains experience from his age but an older person acquires more maturity by accepting the situation. I am analyzing the two separately.
Age: As individuals age, they naturally accumulate a variety of life experiences due to living longer. These experiences may include personal relationships, educational endeavors, professional successes, and challenges encountered along the way. With each passing year, people have more opportunities to learn, adapt and grow, which can contribute to their overall knowledge and maturity.
Situation: Experiences can also be significantly shaped by the situations individuals encounter throughout life. These circumstances encompass a wide range of factors, including family background, socioeconomic status, cultural influences, geographic location, and life events such as illness, loss, or injury. Each person's unique circumstances can provide them with valuable insights, perspectives and challenges that contribute to their personal growth and development.

Education has no age, religion, people can learn from any age, there is no discrimination or shame. I am trying to highlight some points on how the elders can learn from the youth.
New perspectives and ideas : Young people often have new perspectives and innovative ideas that can challenge traditional ways of thinking. Older people can benefit from this exposure to new perspectives, which can increase creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Technology Skills : In today's digital age, young people are generally more adept at using technology and navigating digital platforms than older generations. Older people can learn valuable technology skills from young people, enabling them to stay connected, informed and engaged in an increasingly technology-driven world.
Cultural Awareness : Young people are often at the forefront of cultural trends, including changes in fashion, music, language and social norms. Older people can learn from younger people about current cultural trends, fostering greater intergenerational understanding and connection.
Social and Environmental Activism : Many youth are actively involved in social and environmental activism, advocating for positive change in their communities and beyond. Older people can learn from young people about important social issues, environmental concerns and effective strategies for activism, fostering a sense of solidarity and collective action between generations.
Creativity and Innovation : Young people face challenges with creativity, curiosity and a willingness to take risks. Older people can learn from younger people how to develop a more innovative mindset and embrace new possibilities, leading to greater personal and professional growth.
In essence, learning is a two-way street, and people of all ages have valuable knowledge, insights, and experiences to share with each other. By embracing intergenerational learning and collaboration, individuals can build mutual respect, understanding and appreciation across generations.

La educación es universal y libre... Sería un tanto egoísta privar a un adulto de aprender solo porque ya es de edad avanzada o, en su defecto, detener el aprendizaje de un niño porque está muy pequeño.

আমরা প্রতিনিয়ত বিভিন্ন ঘটনার সম্মুখীন হচ্ছি এবং তা থেকে নতুন নতুন অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন করছি । শুধুমাত্র বয়সবৃদ্ধি পেলে অভিজ্ঞতা বৃদ্ধি পাবে তা কিন্তু নয় বরঞ্চ দেখা যায় অনেক বয়স্ক লোক আছে তারা বর্তমান বাস্তবতা সমন্ধে ততটা অভিনয় নয়।
সেদিকে তরুণ সমাজ আধুনিকতার দিক থেকে অনেক এগিয়ে আছে । তরুণ সমাজকেও সেই প্রবীনদের কাছ থেকে অভিজ্ঞতা সঞ্চয় করতে হলে অবশ্যই তাদের কাছে শিক্ষা গ্রহণ করতে হবে।

আমরা সবচেয়ে বেশি অভিজ্ঞ হই যখন কোন সমস্যার মধ্যে পড়ি ঠিক তখন আমরা সেই বিষয়ে বেশি অভিজ্ঞতা লাভ করি। আমরা যে কারো থেকে অভিজ্ঞতা নিতে পারি বৃদ্ধ দের থেকে বা আমাদের ছোটদের থেকেও ।আমরা নিজেরদেরকে অভিজ্ঞ করে তুলতে কখনো কারো কাছে সংকোচবোধ না করি কোন কিছু জানতে। আপনার মন্তব্যের জন্য ধন্যবাদ।
