(I need more time for myself ) I think you should prioritize. I work too much, I admit it, but I get up very early, I go to the gym, I sometimes go out for lunch, I jog at night, and I also have some video calls to attend, not just work-related. It's a matter of prioritizing, as I say, and leaving for the next day what is not so relevant.
