Steem curators can nominate a post or comment of yours if they upvoted it. This means you receive an extra (higher) upvote from SC01.
Each SteemitbCurator team writes a weekly report where they nominate 7 Steemians.
Ohhh 😮😮, so that's what it is. I see a lot of weekly reports, but I'm just starting to understand the benefits.
Then you are updated and also know where those high votes are from. If the nominated post or comments passed the payout date SC01 will upvote a newer post/comment unless there's nothing new.
