You're probably right about sepia. Sepia ages a photograph, it refers to history, but it does not emphasize the antiquity of the object in the photo, it only hints (this is purely my thinking, maybe I'm wrong).
I will try to find a color scheme that will emphasize the antiquity of the subject itself. But there is no clear plan yet :)
