That Delicious Raw Vegan Life: What I Eat in a Day

Finally we got some more sunny days again here in the rainforest after quite a stretch of rain. Perfect time for nicecream! Well, is there any time that is not perfect for that? I even love nicecream when it’s snowing outside.

So here is what my day in meals looked like:

🍋 MORNING HYDRATION: 1 liter thyme tea with lime juice

🍊 FRUIT BREAKFAST: 5 juicy oranges

🍌 LUNCH SMOOTHIE: 6 bananas, 1/2 cup frozen blackberries, 1 passionfruit

🍨 AFTERNOON NICECREAM: 4 frozen bananas, 1/2 cup raspberries, ginger and cinnamon

🍝 DINNER ZOODLES: 1 big zucchini with 3 kale leaves, 1 nori sheet, alfalfa sprouts topped with sauce made of 4 tomatoes, 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp red onion, 1 tbsp lime juice, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, fresh thyme, curry powder, ground coriander, cayenne pepper and Himalayan salt

I mostly go with the flow when creating my sauces and today it was a bit of a medley of everything we got in the kitchen, which totally worked out. And with the nori sheet in there the zoodles had a really exciting Asian touch.
