Broa de fubá de canjica (Hominy Cornbread)

This true treasure that is much appreciated in the interior of Minas Gerais, but little known here, is made with a very fine cornmeal.

The corn kernels are milled without the pericarp in a stone mill.

The result is a soft, slightly creamy bread with an incredible texture, unique flavor and very nutritious gluten free, with anti-stress properties.
